Peaceful stay at Chiang Mai old town
Pros:

This is a very peaceful location right at the center of Chiang Mai old town. All places are accessible at walking distance. At the same time, the hotel is in a very calm place, very relaxing. The swimming pool is nice and the breakfast was very good. We could arrange tours with agencies nearby that picked us up at the hotel. I would return there!

Cons:

There was nothing disappointing here all was perfect!

酒店设施、服务和位置都非常不错，每一位服务人员都很友善，泳池也是小朋友的最爱，白天大堂还会提供免费点心和茶水，很愉快的一次旅行体验

Cons:

偶然机会尝试了一次酒店餐厅的晚餐，对比价格，对餐品有些失望，牛舌腥味很重，难以下咽，冬阴功汤里的虾也不新鲜，希望以后可以提高食材质量

Pleasant stay with amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and staff is very nice and genuinely trying to make all guests happy.

Cons:

Breakfast was medium good with limited options to order; overall it was very heavy not allowing you to eat healthy.
The rooms are beautiful but very dark. Locaiton is OK as it is in the old town, but it is still not very central.

Posizione, arredamento, staff, ristorante.

Cons:

Sono stato in due suite a piano terra ed erano praticamente "cieche", si affacciavano sul nulla, su un cavedio, non si vede fuori.

A fabulous hotel - highly recommend as good value for quality
Pros:

Loved this small, luxury hotel in great location for Old Town. Fab swimming pool, gym and gorgeous rooms/bathrooms. Just what we needed after a less salubrious place in Bangkok!

Cons:

The rooms were dark - would have liked more light! The restaurant (pizzas) was overpriced a poor quality- could have got something much nicer elsewhere in town!

Amazing staff, did everything they could to accommodate us.
Pros:

Super clean, great staff and really good location. We were able to get to all the must see sights really easily and when we had slightly slower day. We were within walking distance of other sites. So everyday had something to it.

Very small balcony and no view, we had a “backyard” view and the room had a small window, it is pretty dark.
