I wish prices for laundry was more reasonable
Really lovely grounds conveniently located to everything. They had a free transport service anywhere in the old town. Very lovely staff.
All great, but if I had to give one thing it would be the size of the windows. The bedroom was a little dark during the day, but it was still a really nice room.

I never thought I could feel taken care of that well, in this amazingly quiet and peaceful abode in the middle of Nimman. Room was flawless and had everything I wanted from a hotel room and more. Food delivery worked flawlessly despite it being a 5 star hotel. I came to heal a broken heart and for simply a hotel, this place held me well.

The buildings is beautiful, the room is spacious and clean, the staff were all courteous and made sure you are always comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful! Made to order with no limit.

Lovely boutique feel hotel. Staff provided the best service I have ever experienced, repeatedly going above and beyond our expectations. Plus just generally lovely and friendly! Also a shout out for the amazing food.

Excellent all around hotel...from airport pickup to airport dropoff this was an amazing experience. The staff is beyond superb, special attention to Nuch and Chang....every need was met and exceeded. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Chiang Mai
Quaint boutique hotel on a quiet road just inside the old town, so very convenient location. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were always very helpful. Room was quite spacious with excellent storage space. Comfortable bed and daily supply of water. Small pool, but well maintained - beds got sun in the morning. Nice to cool off in the afternoon after a morning's exploring. Good choice of breakfast options.
Room with suspended ceiling and all teak furniture was nice, but this made it rather dark. Not a fan of the ordering via a tablet at breakfast/in the Italian restaurant.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room was large and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was good and there was lots of hot water. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport (which was only about 10 minutes away). The free breakfast was very good. There was an excellent buffet plus many dishes to special order. The hotel and breakfast staff was very nice. The hotel is an easy walking distance to the old part of town. We really enjoyed our stay.
