Place to be in Rethymno
Pros:

A place to be in Rethymno! The suites are fantastic and very individually and unique. Second time staying at Neratze Hammam and I can highly recommend it. Even in the center of the old town, it‘s a quite place and you can enjoy and relax. Everything you need is in walking distance. I will definitively come back!

A unique and special hotel, utterly loved the Hamman in our room
Pros:

We were lucky to stay in the fabulous room with a two terraces and a Hamman. The room was superb, great location and the staff really helpful and kind. I can't fault the stay.

Das Hotel befindet an einem Ort der während der Eincheckzeiten nicht mit dem Auto zugänglich ist. Also keine Chance Gepäck oder behinderte Gäste vor die Tür zu fahren. Dies stand weder in der Beschreibung bei Booking.com noch wurde es uns telefonisch kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt. Wir hatten bei Booking den Filter "mit Parkplatz" verwendet. Das Hotel erschien dort auf der Liste. Es hatte aber keinen Parkplatz und der nächste Parkplatz gegen Bezahlung ist etliche hundert Meter entfernt. Als wir das Problem bei Booking gemeldet haben und vorgeschlagen haben, die Ausweisung "mit Parkplatz" zu entfernen, wurde das Problem negiert. Meine Frau ist gehbehindert und wir hätten dieses Hotel nie gewählt, hätten wir das gewusst. (Bemerkung: auf der offiziellen Website des Hotels ist tatsächlich kein Parkplatz angegeben. Wir hatten uns aber auf den Filter bei Booking verlassen und deshalb auch andere günstigere Hotels ausgeschlossen.)

Wunderbar!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, in der Fußgängerzone. Wir hatten Glück und haben auf Anhieb einen kostenlosen Parkplatz entlang der Straße gefunden, nur 250m weit entfernt vom Hotel.
Das Personal am Empfang, sowie die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten die Deluxe Suite mit Hammam und Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Das Hammam mit den alten Gemäuern ist fantastisch und von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt.

Cons:

Nichts! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
