The best hotel we have stayed in
Pros:

Fantastic Stay ! The hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed here for one month. The location was amazing. Everything was easy to find from this hotel. The hot spring is as well amazing. It felt luxurious to have this hot spring bathtub in our room. Amazing breakfast with lots of verieties. We recommend this hotel to everyone !

Hôtel insalubre!
N’a pas été nettoyé depuis une éternité.
Les plafonds sont sur le point de tomber.
Présence de moisissures partout et toiles d’araignée
Les wc étaient très sales tout comme la douche qui était rouillée en plus
Nous sommes repartit directement quand nous avons constaté cet état d’insalubrité

I was at the property the day before the rental. No one was there at the front desk. I came back 2 more times and still no one was there. I called the hotel several times and no one answers the phone. WHY? Is this a hotel? This has never happened when I booked with expedia! I was very nervous if the next day when I checked in, the same thing happens so I booked another hotel (through expedia). I would like to have a full refund.

It was conveniently next to a 7-11 so you have access to food, drinks and more 24/7. The property however, was very run down and poorly maintained. The air circulation was no good and the restrooms were not clean.

ホテルのおじいさんは本当にいい人でした。
夜遅くついたのですが、近くにご飯屋さんはないかと聞いたらこの時間はないからコンビニで買いなってわざわざコンビニまだついてきてくれました。
帰る為に空港へ向かう時タクシーを呼んで欲しいとお願いすると捕まらなかったのかホテルの方がわざわざ空港まで送ってくださいましたし、料金は割安で良いとおっしゃってくださいました。
日本語もなんとなくで通じました！🙆‍♀️
ホテル設備なのですが、見た目だけじゃなくてエレベーターの匂いや部屋の匂いから古い建物ってすぐ分かります。
お風呂にはゴキブリ何匹もいたし、吸い殻やゴミ箱の裏にはあー、誰か夜楽しんだんだね^_^みたいな感じの物が落ちてて不快でした。
ホテルの方は本当に本当にいい人だったのですが、ちょっと汚すぎるかな？と思ったのでもう一度ここに泊まりにくることはなさそうです……

Chick in的時候工作人員服務態度滿好的，進電梯的時候嚇了一跳因為覺得也太有歷史感了⋯
然後到房間後滿滿都是煙味，還好不是到那種讓我過敏到不能呼吸的程度，晚上睡覺還發現有史前生物⋯
另外洗澡時蓮蓬頭不能掛在牆上，因為掛的那個壞掉了⋯⋯
整體來說勉強還行，畢竟離捷運站真的滿近的。

Pros:

We booked a non-smoking room but when we arrived they didn’t have a room ready for us. After we waited for 20 minutes they finally took us to our room at 9pm at night. When we got to our room it smelled so strongly of smoke it was difficult to breathe. The room was dirty and the ceiling had a slow drip of water in the corner of the room. I do NOT recommend this place.
