Breakfast options were wonderful. Room was perfect size and very clean.
Mattress needs to be rotated; big dip in the center. I ordered a sandwich in the bar one night. It was supposed to be a turkey pesto something. IT WAS NOT. My bad for not sending it back. It had this watermelon-colored paste stuff with a big fat red onion. Did not look edible. But the glass of wine was fabulous :-)
The overall experience was nice. We were in town for a convention so the room suited us for the night, bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice. We were very pleased with the breakfast most places are slim pickings but this was a full buffet style breakfast with plenty of options.
I didn't care for the way you have to use your room key every time you have to use the elevator I do understand for safety reasons so random people from outside can't just walk in and use it but it still was a slight inconvenience. My biggest gripe is the $47 parking per night fee that is not included with the stay having to scan a QR code in the attached parking deck and pay a separate fee for parking is a bit wild for me I don't think you should have to pay separately for parking when staying at the hotel and at most $20 per stay not almost $50 per night. Oh and if you don't mind the high parking fee and end up staying here just know when you go up the parking deck it is an extremely tight first turn and you have to swing wide to be able to make the turn I personally noticed multiple car pieces laying on the ground where people had scrapped the side wall because you can't see due to the incline and if there is oncoming traffic you'll have to wait for them to pass or you wont make the turn.
Lots of good things but location, clean ,modern, spacious all good.
Great staff and very helpful to two old people like myself and wife.
Very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Good selection and met my exceptions
Breakfast was excellent
Parking garage charge and cars were broken in. Why for the price of $38. Times how many cars parking wasn’t a person providing security?
Clean and easy to navigate
Slow elevator
breakfast . my wife said it was fake . l couldnt eat because i had surgery schedule. also there was nothing said about a parking fee to park.didnt see anywhere else to park that was an extra $38.00 plus tax
The room was clean coupled with I liked having the kitchen and seating area.
I liked everything.
