The Hyatt is as pictured. Beautiful, nice patio,clean, and the staff was awesome. They also had the best Continental breakfast,the food options were great! It's definitely a rebook.

Great hotel near Vanderbilt
Pros:

Loved the large room - very spacious and thoughtfully furnished.
Comfy bed, and large kitchen area.
Loved all of the breakfast options (including fresh fruit!)
Liked the bar and the small gift shop are in the lobby.
Zari at check-in was AMAZING - she got us into our room early, and was super pleasant and helpful. Very kind!

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Cons:

Inadequate amount of towels and bedding for room size; front desk initially said our room wasn’t ready at 4pm; no sausage or waffles at breakfast and subpar coffee
