La amabilidad, la comida estuvo deliciosa, las instalaciones.
Mi habitación no tenía frigobar, para mi es importante tener una bebida helada en cualquier momento.
Mi habitación no tenía blackout, y dejaba pasar la luz de la calle.
- Staff were super friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my phone in our room when checking out and got it back straight away, thank you!!!
- We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel until our bus left in the evening which was much appreciated. Check-out only at 12pm was nice too.
- The room was super clean, quite big, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not huge but still a good selection.
- The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the historical center, but we enjoyed it being a bit more quiet. Overall very good value for money.
Nothing major, breakfast selection could be extended, we thought it would be nice to have some tables out on the terrace in the evening :)

En las consideraciones positivas del hotel es su buena ubicacion en una zona segura y de facil acceso, sus instalaciones y limpieza cumplen y son aceptables
Entre los aspectos negativos destaco la pésima velocidad de conexión a internet, el desayuno buffet con una variedad muy limitada y, sobre todo, una situación que me pareció inadecuada: necesitaba congelar un vino y en recepción me indicaron que debía bajarlo hasta recepcion y dejarlo allí y recogerlo cuando lo necesitara, ya que no había personal disponible para brindar el servicio de recogerlo y llevarlo a la habitación. Además, me informaron que igual se aplicaría el cobro por derecho de corcho. Mi molestia no fue por el cobro en sí, sino por la falta de criterio al no ofrecer una solución práctica o enviar a alguien que pudiera encargarse de recoger y llevar el producto
