They cancelled our reservation without notice
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel to find that they had cancelled our reservation and given the room to someone else. Then they said it was our own fault for not being there at exactly 2 pm, which is presumably the check in time, despite it saying 2-9 pm on the hotel page (and we arrived well before 9 pm).
The staff seemed like nice enough people, but I would not risk booking a room there ever again, because that situation was completely unacceptable.
