Pros:

The sauna part of the spa is great

Ruhige Lage abseits vom Schuss.
Pros:

Die Appartments sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad sind sehr schön. Auch wenn die Saunas erst am Nachmittag eingeschaltet werden, wurde uns angeboten, sie schon in der Früh einzuschalten. Damit hatten wir einen ruhigen Wellnessbereich, während die meisten auf der Piste waren. Der kleine Shop ist gut ausgestattet und bietet auch unverpackte Ware, die man in beliebigen, auch sehr kleinen Mengen abfüllen kann (zB Essig, Öl, Majo, Müsli, Nudeln etc.). Das ist gerade für Kurzurlaube hilfreich!

Cons:

Nachdem wir mit dem Zug angereist sind und dieser Verspätung hatte, gab es keinen Schibus mehr zur Unterkunft. Der Weg ist daher mit Gepäck wirklich mühsam, v.a. bei Schnee und Eis. Leider war dann auch die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt, wodurch wir auch keine Ansprechperson mehr hatten, bei der wir reklamieren hätten können, dass ein Bettzeug fehlt. Das war leider suboptimal. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Personal am nächsten Tag sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine sehr dünne Matratze und ist wenig komfortabel.

Pros:

It is very close to the ski bus stop and in less than 10 minutes you are at the Bahnhof station where is the ski slope.
The shop by the reception was also very nice and with good and cheap products.

Cons:

It is a bit complicated at the beginning as it is very big building.
The swimming pool is too cold for a leisure swimming pool with massages :(

Cons:

Leihgebühr für Bademantel und Saunatuch ohne Zimmerschuhe. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, eine solche Information im Vorfeld zu bekommen. Dann hätte man sich die Sachen für den Wellnessbereich von daheim mitnehmen können.
Schwimmingpool war konstant sehr kalt.

Trevligt, mysigt och funktionellt!
Pros:

Oerhört fint boende. Fräscht och välstädat och en perfekt liten lägenhet för våra behov. Enkelt att ta sig till och från centrum och till alla liftsystem med stadens bussar. Fin pool med bra aktiviteter (vattengympa bland annat, perfekt för den familjemedlem som inte åker skidor). Skönt att man kunde boka tvättmaskin. Supertrevlig personal som verkligen var tillmötesgående och hjälpte till med allt vi behövde.

Cons:

En av oss fick sova i soffan och det var inte den bekvämaste sängen. Men det var inte olidligt utan det gick an. Vi saknade också möjlighet till ugn, hellre ugn än mikrovågsugn kände vi. Men detta är verkligen petitesser som vägdes upp av allt det andra trevliga!

Na recepciji nas je dočekala managrica Iva i omogućila nam jednostavan check in na hrvatskom jeziku. Iva je vrlo ljubazna i profesionalna.

Cons:

Temperatura vode u bazenu bi trebala biti malo viša.

We expected more
Pros:

Garage (extra 6€ per day) and easy access from luggage to the room.

Cons:

We expected a room with a nice view, but instead we were facing another building. At the reception they told if that next time we should not book a budget room - we weren’t aware of the category when we book as was not informed and the price was quite high. They have many buildings so you probably won’t stay in the beauty building that you see in booking. Breaking is just on the weekends and quite poor. Also note that you have to pay 23€ per person for a pack of towels and robe for your stay.
