October Tenby Tastic
Pros:

Great building, gardens & location. We found it easy walk into town but it is up a hill on the way back.
Staff were very friendly with all areas of the hotel clean & tidy, good sea view from bedroom window.
Would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

Charging for specific hot drinks at breakfast, coffee related & hot chocolate.

Fabulous short break
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. The views were exceptional. The hotel and gardens are so well maintained, and a credit to the private owners.
The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. This hotel was very comfortable.The bedroom was warm, and lthe lounge area with it's log fire was fabulous.
Breakfast was table service by friendly efficient staff, and we had the best fresh fruit ever!
We would definitely return.

Pros:

It’s beautiful location .
The interior decoration were superb . So clean and modern but quite grand in design. The grounds are absolutely amazing and well kept. The staff couldn’t help enough especially the waiting staff when we had breakfast . The food was superb. Definitely will be returning.

Short October stay
Pros:

In general it was a pleasant stay. We were contacted by hotel before arrival regard, quieting breakfast that hotel does in 2 sittings and is not buffet but ordered via menu, which is fine. We had two dinners there - Sunday roast and simple dinner next night. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is located up the hill from centre. There was outside seating and pool but due to current season could not be used. Mainly booked this hotel as town hotels had very limited parking or none at all and it looked better kept than others.

Cons:

Two things I could mention here - parking and kids desert order. Hotel contacted us shortly after booking to notify that parking is first come first serve which was not great as we booked 1.5 months' ahead and would have thought that parking would be assigned if available once booked. Reason being is that none wants to arrive in the evening and discover that no parking is available and then would have to drive down the hill to look for one, especially with toddler on board. We were lucky as there was ample parking - hotel has 2 car parks one near entrance and one at lover part that is more suitable for larger vehicles.
Once we finished dinner on our second night we ordered deserts but asked could our toddler's ice cream be bought out as soon as due to toddler becoming unsettled and we did not want a drama for other dinners. All deserts came out at the same time. This is not criticism to waiter but kitchen as chef's quite often forget that children need their food first to simply keep peace for parents and other dinners. It was ice cream and takes minutes to prepare. Perhaps many families do not stay there and that's why it was overlooked and rule of all food coming out at the same time was more important.

Wonderful Location.
Pros:

Loved the location.just 5 minutes from the beach which had places to eat and drink.

Cons:

Room was small and only cleaned where you could see.
Lots of dust in bedside lamps and behind the TV.
