Perfect location on top of cliff, excellent facilities
We can't think of anything we did not like
Staff performance. Food!
En-suite bathroom: cramped; shower poor pressure; bath not safe for elderly people with hip etc problems to get in and out of
Lovely location, view and staff! Such a nice place did not want to leave. Quiet and very relaxing. Nice sea view from the room. Access to the beach and parking. Nice breakfast and tasty. Perfect honestly
Nothing really, a lovely little retreat
An excellent location with the best view of Tenby. Friendly and efficient staff. Superb breakfasts and choice of dining room for dinner or bar snacks. A perfect location to chill.
Nothing
The staff were amazing, apart from the miserable barman on our first evening. The location was great, unfortunately for the price per night it would benefit air conditioning, also the shower needs upgrading. Breakfast was fantastic, but the evening menu is limited.
Needs some upgrades, and more choices on the evening menu.
Loved this hotel !!!
The Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, hot or cold.
Room was a good size, clean and fresh with a sea view.
Really great bar with outside seating and fantastic views over the bay and town
Great restaurant with local fresh produce including Lobster
Good size swimming pool with plenty of seating
The hotel public rooms and gardens were lovely. The swimming pool was very welcome in the heat wave. Something that is getting more rare at hotels was the substantial, free and convenient car park. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Maybe the introduction of a specific vegetarian and intolerances menu for both breakfast and evening meals would be well received.
Comfortable hotel with stunning views over the beach at Tenby. We had a seaview room which was very spacious with a seating area overlooking the ocean. The outdoor pool was an added bonus during our stay during a heatwave. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was excellent with all the waiting staff being very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection to suit all tastes. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the bay but only a 15 minute stroll in the town centre. The outdoor terrace overlooking the bay is a lovely spot to end the evening with a drink from the hotel bar.
It would have been nice to have a proper coffee machine rather than sachets and a fan would have been helpful to cool the room.
Breakfast great selection
Room good size
View of pool ok

The views were amazing.
The room was a little small for the price but we still really loved our stay here.
The location and the view is stunning, the pool is lovely. Breakfast waiter staff I professional and friendly. Rooms were ok
Should have a bottle of water each day, the dead fly’s on the window sills in the hallway stairs left for a couple of days unacceptable. Needs a coffee/tea in the bar area to make easier for the bar staff as there is only one bar staff. One of the waiters so rude to the other staff I front of guests not acceptable
Great location, lovely grounds and swimming pool was a bonus with the hot weather. Friendly staff and good breakfast
Evening meal was OK but nothing special. Better options in town
Lovely grounds, very relaxing. It felt like we were in Spain or somewhere Mediterranean. Parking was great. Breakfast was great and a lot of choice. We didn't stay for dinner but the choices looked good. The bar decor was great, it really felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel. I didn't try the pool but it looked really clean and wasn't too busy. The hotel was easy to find and easy to get to by car.
A little out of the way, still only a 15 minute walk into town though. The cliffside path to the beach would be difficult if carrying stuff and impossible in beach shoes. We stayed during the heatwave and the room was really hot and there wasn't a fan, we didn't ask for one though so I don't know if any could be provided.
We had a fabulous room and the views were great. The staff was really nice and we liked that there was free parking available.
The wait staff at the restaurant was super nice but the food was not top notch.
Location is perfect with spectacular views across Tenby. Parking is very convenient and it’s just a short walk down onto the beach or into town for pubs, shops, restaurants etc. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and the service staff were so efficient and friendly- they really make a great experience become an exceptional one!
The bathroom sink is very small so not entirely practical. There are a lot of stairs up and down and around the narrow corridors as it’s an old building which was fine for us but might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.
The location of the hotel was lovely although difficult to get into town without a car for my husband with mobility issues. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the grounds were superb. I loved all the various sitting out areas, plenty of spaces to enjoy the lovely views.
The restaurant closes early, we didn’t realise 8.30 pm was the cut off time, so we missed dinner one night,
Stunning grounds & views!! Staff very willing to assist & extremely pleasant
We were there on the hottest days! The room was stifling even with the window wide open ( not the hotels fault ) but there wasn’t a fan! I would take one with me if I go there again, which I would
Brsskfast was supurb ,room view was very good, room was very comfortble.
Grab handles in shower due to disabilities and old age.
