A very lovely stay and the weather was on our side
Pros:

The room was recently decorated, so it was lovely and clean , the view was lovely, they was a slight smell to start off with but that disappeared after i had the window open, i don't think room i been aired recently.

Water took a very long time to heat in the bathroom.
No Gent's toilet on ground floor.

Brilliant.
Pros:

We visit every year and have never been disappointed. Exceptionally clean. Great decor and fittings. Position of hotel and views superb. Breakfast comprehensive and dining room staff friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

Going home.

Pleasant,good staffing/service generally,although a little updating in rooms required.
Pros:

Quiet location away from town centre.Quality of breakfast could be improved upon ,e.g.fruit juices/marmalade/jams. Restaurant staff very obliging and polite.Evening dinner menu was to a good standard,although a little overpriced

Cons:

Bed in room could have been comfier.(showing signs of water and tear/uneven mattress.Overhead shower in Bathroom ,needs bigger shower head with more pressure.very compact bathroom ,but functional.
Long trek to get to restaurant/garden bar.Limited parking in car parks at hotel.Would find it hard to recommend this hotel if you were disabled or found walking difficult.

Friendly team - especially the breakfast team who were very good.

Cons:

Only suggestion, rather than a dislike, is more hooks in the bedrooms would be helpful (r319). I would happily reuse towels, yet there was no where other than above the toilet to hang them to dry.
