Great short break in Tenby

A fantastic break made special by very special staff.
Pros:

The staff, every single person was so engaging, helpful and polite. The hotel was perfect overlooking Tenby bay. The grounds were exceptional and looked like the shrubs were manicured. Very impressed.

Absolutely Brilliant
Pros:

Breakfast was table service,no waiting in line for items. Staff were really excellent and all food was freshly cooked to order. The hotel was beautifully presented both inside and outside, with the gardens and view of Tenby's South Beach was something else. The hotel has a lot of regular returning guests year on year(no wonder it's hard to book rooms). This is one fantastic hotel where all the staff go over and beyond all expectations in looking after their guests. WE WILL RETURN.

Trevligt hotell på vacker plats.
Pros:

Härligt med pool. Vackert beläget ovanför stranden. Mycket nära till vandringsled. Gångavstånd till stadens centrum där det fanns en fantastiskt bryggeri med restaurang. Parkering med laddning för elbil.

Cons:

Rummet var i minsta laget men det stod säkert storlek i beskrivningen när jag bokade. Angående parkeringen så var det först till kvarn vilket skapade onödig oro hos mig. Vi lyckades alltid få en plats men annars fick man stå på gatan vilket tydligen också var ok.

Lovely stay. Good food. Comfy room. Initial welcome could have been better. But helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Views were exceptional. Gardens very well maintained. Nice pool. Interesting layout.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Tenby
Pros:

Lovely hotel and gardens, the staff were amazing and the food was excellent. The pool was a great bonus and was very inviting to cool down in. So clean everywhere and the gardener has done an amazing job with the plants, lawns and flowers. The view of Tenby harbour from the terrace is beautiful.

Cons:

There was no air con in the rooms but they did provide a fan. The window blind didn't stop the light in the morning, could have done with curtains.

The Park, a fabulous experience
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at The Park. A wonderful family run hotel with brilliant customer service front and centre. The breakfast is amazing, so much choice and the evening meals we had were exceptional. Huge praise for the chef and his team. The views, the gardens and pool are all wonderful. No issues parking the car either in the car park or on the road outside the hotel. We cant say enough positive things about our stay. Thank you 😊

Fantastic Hotel

Excellent hotel with good facilities and lovely views of Tenby
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful setting on the North Cliff with lovely views of the town and coastline. We had a comfy room with a sea view and which remained fairly cool even in the heat wave, despite the lack of air con. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic to cool off in the hot weather. There was free parking at the hotel for the duration of our stay. The meals in the dining room were excellent with very attentive staff. There is a nice garden near the pool for sunbathing with drinks available from the downstairs bar.

Cons:

The hotel is situated about 15 mins walk uphill from the town, which was a little tiring in the heat, but normally would not be a problem.

Enjoyable & restfull
Pros:

Generally a well run hotel, lovely gardens,very clean, impressive facade & lots of space in public areas to relax. Some exceptional staff who gave high standards or care & consideration. Pool was a boon in this hot weather although a little on the small side but always well maintained.

Cons:

Rooms were on the small side, bathroom was cramped not easy for older folk to use. Lots of stairs to negotiate & although all handrails it made moving luggage difficult. The lift helped. Few staff were not as helpful as they might of been but were still polite. Restuarant seemed to have 2 distinct levels of service one was laid back the other was over zealous. Access to North Beach was difficult & not easy to find.Finding the hotel should be so easy but information lacking.
