Pros:

The people who work here are nice and friendly, but my bathroom was extremely visibly dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The first night I was too tired to complain, but in the morning I asked the young man at the front desk to have it cleaned, specifying that the toilet and sink were very dirty. There was also a water leak on the floor, so I left the bathmat there to soak it up. I went out for the day to find that the bed was made and trash emptied, but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned AT ALL, and the wet bathmat and been draped over the chair, ON TOP OF my jacket! I showed this to the gentleman, and he said he'd have it cleaned properly the next morning. The next morning they cleaned the toiled but still never cleaned the sink. Furthermore, on one of the days I was there I went out for breakfast and came back with about 10 minutes to spare before getting picked up for a tour. The door to the hotel was locked and no one was there. I sat on the front stairs for 20 minutes waiting. When the woman finally showed up, she had locked herself out and had to go get a key from a neighbor. Fortunately my ride was 25 minutes late picking me up, otherwise it would have been disasterous. The people were sweet but need to step it up. I wouldn't recommend this place.
