Pros:

Las instalaciones, la ubicación y el desayuno variado y de buena calidad fueron los aspectos más satisfactorios.

Cons:

Sufrimos un corte total de luz durante toda nuestra estancia. Durante ese tiempo no dispusimos de servicios básicos: no había iluminación en las habitaciones ni en las zonas comunes, los enchufes no funcionaban y no pudimos acceder al agua caliente. Pagamos por unos servicios de alojamiento y confort que el establecimiento no proporcionó en condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Además no se nos ofreció ninguna solución.

Not a 4 star hotel. Felt more like a budget hotel with torn towels and no one at the reception
Cons:

No one was at the reception even though we rang the bell.
All towels given in the room were torn and worn out.
They gave an extra single bed instead of a baby crib which was useless for us.
Their bedsheet was so uncomfortable. The material was rough and I thought it was the bed protector cover. (The reception explained immediately that it was wool. It felt like I was not the only one who experienced this.)
The thermostat was not working and there was no AC. We had to open the window.
There were no more strawberries for breakfast and it was not replenished. They removed the bowl instead.
I don't recommend this hotel.

You must stay here if you want to go highlands
Pros:

perfect hotel for those who wish to use F Roads to explore highlands. spacious and clean room. nice dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. Great view.

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very comfortable room
Wonderful dinner

Cons:

We spent the morning in the emergency room and missed breakfast. Some flexibility from the hotel would have been nice - small breakfast plate or coffee..
They did give us 30min late checkout which was helpful

Modern hotel in a convenient location for Landmannalaugar and the Golden Circle.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious. The location was convenient to travel to Landmannalaugar. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, as well as a crepe maker where you could make your own crepes. We had dinner there twice and the food and service were excellent.
They had a coffee machine that guests had access to all the time, at no additional cost.
I would worried about cell phone reception in the Highlands, so the front desk loaned out a road map.

Pros:

Very comfortable room and very clean bathroom. The hotel itself is very beautiful and very well equipped, with services we didn’t see in other accommodations. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was great
