A Fake Hotel and A Bad Service of hotel.com
Pros:

I pre paid this hotel accommodation fee.
When I arrive I was told that the hotel is not working. I have to find a new hotel in the city with my two luggages.
I highly request hotel.com refund my pre payment and pay me the time lost and international phone fee.
