Potoček ki teče pod apartmaji.

Cons:

Ponavadi ne pišem reviewa, se zavedam da imamo različna pričakovanja ter da je odstopanje zaradi tega normalno, pričakovano.
Ampak ta apartma si ntii približno ne zasluži tako visoke ocene. Kje je dobil oceno 8.5 meni ni jasno.
Sam apartma (hiška) nič posebnega, polno stvari za popraviti.
Zvočna izolacija zelo slaba (slišiš vsako vozilo, pasji lajež in njihovo klanje (med psi) v večernem času. Aja na ulici je bil trop (najbrz divjih) psov ki so se parkrat stepli in cvilili.
Apartma nima nočnih omaric. Nima zavese v zgornjem delu stekla kar pomeni da raza zjutraj zelo svetlo.
Notri je slabo stanje (stikalo za luč polomljeno, terasa zunaj (najbolje da si ogledate slike spodaj).
Okolica je v slabem stanju (umazano, zanemarjeno, od 4 mostov je samo eden uporaben, ostalo so brez lesenega podna).
Zajtrk je bil danes najslabši do sedaj (na tajskem in v katerem koli hotelu ki sem bival). Dobro uro pred zaključkom zajtrka ni bilo praktično nobene zadeve več - ne vem ali je bilo na začetku več izbire ali ne).
Apartma ima zunanji lijak in ne notranjega v kopalnico. Puščala je kanalizacijska cev iz lijaka. Lijak je bil umazan. Ogledalo je bilo umazano.
Lokacija : reka ki teče poleg apartmajev je lepa, tukaj ne morem po kritizirati.
Ampak apartma je zelo daleč od vsega drugega (prevoz iz chaing mai pride nekje 1000bath v eno smer (slabih 50$). Nazaj od apartmaja Grab, bolt ter podobno ne pobirajo kar pomeni da ti v apartmaju hočejo ponuditi njihov prevoz (1500bath) cca 50$. Priporočam da se ne pustite nategniti in pokličete taksi iz mesta (1200bath).
Uglavnem računajte da vas bo prevoz stal vsaj še toliko kot ena nočitev v apartmaju, razen če ste s svojim prevoznim sredstvom.

Bi dodal še več fotografij slabega stanja ampak sem omejen na 4 fotografije.

Super séjour merci.
Pros:

La place est incroyable, paisible.
Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.
On se sent comme chez soi.
La chambre est magnifique et intime.
Vue exceptionnelle.
Tout est à portée de main. Il y a un café, un petit supermarché, un restaurant etc..
La literie confortable.
La TV complète avec Netflix.
Clime et ventilation.
Le petit salon dans la chambre pour lire et jouer à des jeux de société est vraiment paisible et très cosy.

Cons:

Pas de café/thé dans la chambre.
Pas de chaussons.
Un peu cher tout de même.
Un choix au petit déjeuner un peu limité. Le buffet en revanche était agréable.
(Les limaces dans la chambre pour ma copine).
Le lavabo dehors est un peu dérangeant particulièrement pendant la saison des pluies.
Manque de petites lumières extérieures et intérieures (intimes).
Les marches extérieures peuvent être glissantes attention.
Dernière commande à 19h30 pour le restaurant c'est un peu tôt.

Wir kamen gegen 19 Uhr an, es war schwer zu finden. Haben gerade noch etwas zu essen bekommen, kurz vor Küchenschluss. Personal sehr bemüht!

Super geeignet für Paare, die ein paar romantische Tage inmitten der Natur verbringen möchten
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Grünen und hat dadurch eine besondere Atmosphäre. Allerdings ist die Lage auch etwas schwierig – ohne eigenes Auto ist man ziemlich abgeschnitten. Mit dem Taxi kommt man zwar hin, aber die Kosten sind recht hoch und man sollte Transfers unbedingt im Voraus planen, sonst wird es kompliziert.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, auch wenn sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirken. Eine kleine Modernisierung würde sicher guttun, aber insgesamt war alles gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war nur über einen längeren Holztreppenaufgang erreichbar, der bei Regen extrem rutschig wurde. Ich bin dort leider bei Regen ausgerutscht und schmerzhaft auf die Treppen geknallt . Hier sollte das Hotel unbedingt Vorsorge treffen, zum Beispiel mit Anti-Rutsch-Matten, damit sich Gäste nicht ernsthaft verletzen
