Hôtel agréable.
Pros:

Le confort des chambres et la restauration

Cons:

La navette bondée: on a dû attendre la 3e! pour arriver à l’hôtel. Une fois arrivés, l’enregistrement a été très long. A notre départ, on a mis également 20 min à récupérer nos bagages! Que de temps perdu!! Le Check-in est à midi mais on nous a dérangé à plusieurs reprises pour le mini-bar, le service de ménage. L’organisation du personnel est à améliorer !

Horrible experiencia

Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto , desayuno y traslados

Llegué con coche de alquiler con un parking pago .. el hotel es como una cárcel .. en la barrera de ingreso el guardia me pregunta si tenía reservas y le dije que sí .. me dejo pasar y deje el coche afuera en unos parking que hay .. hicimos el cheking y a la hora vino el Sr del rentacar a llevarse el coche .. bien .. al parecer no alcanzaba con que el guardia pregunté si tenías reserva .. había que declararlo en el check Ing .. cosa que nadie nos preguntó ! Total que para sacar el coche tuve que pagar !! Sin importar que tenía paga una cochera por 24 hs y se utilizó una hora .. la Srta de recepción una incompetente total , explicando todo de mala manera , pedí hablar con alguien superior que nunca llegó .. las zonas húmedas no funcionaban ..nada … el restaurante carísimo y pésima atención .. solo una Srta del desayuno era cortés.. una experiencia para olvidar … afortunadamente al frente hay un hotel excelente

La habitación era espaciosa, el personal amable y el desayuno muy colombiano, ha estado genial... y el shuttle incluido me parece genial, un verdadero diferenciador

Además, la cuna fue instalada rápidamente y fue muy confortable para nuestra bebé

Best airport hotel food I’ve ever had - and some great wine by the glass

The barman made our night - we arrived too late to eat in the restaurant but he served us great wine and fantastic food, even though it was after 11pm
