Servicio de Transporte Ineficiente
Pros:

Muy buena la ubicacion del hotel es fabulosa, tiene un super buen desayuno surtido y muy rico, las camas son comodas, hay agua caliente, el aire acondicionado funciona bien.

Cons:

Solo tienen un bus de transporte y sale cada media hora, entonces cuando uno llega al aeropuerto la espera es super larga. En nuestro caso llegamos en el bus solo alcanzamos mi mamá y yo, nos llevaron y el bus se quedo parqueado en la entrada otros 20 minutos y mi esposo, mi papá, mi hermano y las demás personas que eran bastantes se quedaron esperando, la verdad ofrecen un servicio de transporte que por eso uno elige el hotel y el servicio es bastante ineficiente.

Las dos noches que nos quedamos hubo fiestas en el hotel y el ruido fue demasiado. íbamos a descansar entre vuelos y no fue posible. Además, nos asignaron una habitación sin agua caliente, sabiéndolo, lo cual no es aceptable del todo, y tuvieron que reubicarnos cuando lo reportamos. A mi madre le dieron una habitación a la que no le servía la llave del agua caliente tampoco, y le tuvieron que enviar a un técnico para que la arreglara. Si no nos hubiéramos dado cuenta por la noche, nos hubiéramos tenido que bañar con agua fría a las 3:30 de la madrugada, porque salíamos para el aeropuerto muy temprano. Una amiga estaba en el baño cuando entraron dos señoras a su habitación, porque les habían asignado el mismo cuarto, y cuando reclamaron ni siquiera se disculparon. Cuando estaba haciendo el check in, había un señor en la fila muy molesto solicitando un cambio de cuarto porque el que le asignaron olía muy mal. Me he quedado en Habitel Prime varias veces, y nunca había tenido los problemas que tuve esta vez. Realmente no creo que lo vuelva a hacer.

Great room. So-so location (nothing around-but very close to the airport). Staff needs a happy pill.

Room was incredible. Huge, and very well laid out, with excellent lighting throughout.

Cons:

It's strange...because I've been going to Colombia for 10 years now...but...something's changed. This was the first time at this hotel, but the vibe was subtle indifference which led to a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Not bringing me what I asked for...having someone interrupt me when I was talking to a server, and the server giving them their full attention for 5 minutes before I walked away. No smiles. An apathetic front desk. I chalked it up to me being an American in a time when there is great anti-Trump sentiment in the world. Disappointing. Only exception was the Maitre 'D at the restaurant and the server named Andres. He was very cordial.
