El hotel es bonito y cómodo, el transporte al aeropuerto es muy práctico y hacen buenas acomodaciones para quienes viajan temprano. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial al personal que me ayudó cuando olvidé un objeto en el hotel tras haberme ido al aeropuerto, ¡muchas gracias!

Cons:

The fact that, according to a staff member in the front desk, the hotel'policy about coffee capsules is ONE CAPSULE PER ROOM. what if you are two people and both drink coffee? It is the 1st time I see such policy.

I also found that the restaurant prices were too high. More than European ones. It deters people from your facility.
