According to Colombian law, only nonresident tourists are eligible for VAT exemption. To confirm tourist status at check-in, you may present the immigration stamp in your passport or the Andean Immigration Card or Mercosur Card, which details the foreign visitor's entry into Colombia (date and type of entry). Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions.
Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or nonresident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015).

BED BUGS! CHINCHES! BE AWARE! MY BED WAS INFESTED. Throughout the entirety of the night, I was scratching myself non-stop. Upon waking up, I found enourmous welts and bites all over my body. The bites were categorized as 2-3 bites per bite, which is a tale-tell sign for bed bug bites. I saw a doctor a 2 days later, and he confirmed that it was bed bugs. A very unpleasant experience.
I reached out to the staff and management. After nearly 2 weeks of reaching out to them, they finally responded by defending themselves. Saying that they had a whole team go out there and inspect, and they could not find anything. My refund request was denied by 'management.' I am an avid traveller. I am constatly on the road. I believe that these things can happen, but you need to refund your guest for such an awful experience, not defend yourself. I have been using Booking for several years now, and have at least 30+ hotel experiences in the last 3 years, and this is my first time experiencing bed bugs and asking for a refund. I would not stay here and would advise anyone to reconsider because sleeping with bed bugs all night long was very very uncomfortable and I am returning with huge welts and bites. Very disappointed because its pretty expensive. Disappointed in management for not refunding me, because I paid over $100 USD for a night that was supposed to be relaxing, but instead turned into a bite-fest, a health and sanitary problem. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
Wij zijn reeds verschillende keren op hotel geweest bij Habitel Prime en nu viel het echt tegen , nieuw onvriendelijk personeel etc
Wij hadden een kamer geboekt voor 2 personen en 1 baby dus eigenlijk voor 3 personen en hebben we een kinderbedje gevraagd wat tot 4 jaar oud gratis is, bevestigd door personeel dat het in orde was voor het bedje.
Eens aangekomen was de kamer zonder kinderbedje en werd ons vertelt aan de receptie dat het niet mogelijk was voor een bedje voor de baby, en wij dit niet hadden gevraagd of geboekt, ...
Werd ons een andere kamer aangesmeerd mits toeslag , schande is het voor een baby kinderbedje dat op hun website tot 4 jaar gratis is!!! ( onze baby wordt 2 jaar)
Vervolgens was het excuus van de manager dat BOOKING.COM in de fout is gegaan omdat deze extern van het hotel is!
