Det var veldig lydt, man kunne høre folk i gangen.
Un endroit magnifique avec une superbe vue ! 🌅✨ Un cadre exceptionnel, parfait pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter ! Plage à proximité 2 minutes à pieds !
les escaliers pour accéder à l’hôtel, un peu difficiles à monter avec les valises et un enfant. Mais cela reste un inconvénient minime.
Fontaine à eau disponible dans le couloir.
Parking sale et accès difficile, pas facile à trouver
Réception fermée à notre arrivée (18h) attente de plus de 30 minutes devant la porte.

Shocking service!
I booked this place to stay on the beachfront next to the bars and restaurants.
Upon arrival we were told they had double booked us and we had been ‘upgraded’ to a room 10 minute drive away. We room was out of the way. But a young boy greeted us and showed us around. The room was nice but smelt like cigarettes. No refund was offered and was had to pay cash. Upon speaking to the manager he offered to knock €8 off. The young boy showed me to reception and I said I’ll get cash to pay him. After speaking with my girlfriend we was not happy with this hotel and wanted to leave. The new hotel wasn’t even ‘vala boutique’ it was ‘ocean residences’. I called the manager and told him we’re leaving. He refused to cancel my booking and said I need to take it up with booking.com. Approximately 5 minutes later the young boy showed up to the door with a card machine! It must work now. I explained to him we didn’t like the room and were leaving. He got extremely defensive and aggressive. He said ‘okay but believe me if this were another male this would be messy’ and passive agressively threatened us. I would NOT recommend

Purtroppo non era molto insonorizzata quindi si sentivano parecchi rumori dal fuori e anche da chi passava dalla reception.

No me gustaron tantas escaleras para acceder a recepción y sin ascensor ....no puedes subir maleta grande hasta planta recepción , es un inconveniente.
The location was excellent, right on the beach but the entrance was a bit difficult to find. There was no permanent receptionist. The cleaner, who was very friendly and helpful, called the manager/owner, who checked us in. The cleaner showed us the parking; which was in a slightly dodgy basement under the hotel. The room was clean and modern and had everything needed, but was a little small. Breakfast was limited and in a restaurant next door. After 9pm the hotel was unmanned.

Provided parking spot was bad - larger cars (SUVs, vans) do not fit. Finding alternative parking was difficult and stressful.
