Pros:

El hotel muy organizado y limpio. Las personas de la recepción muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Una estadía muy tranquila

Cons:

Tenían dañado el ascensor y toco subir seis pisos en forma repetitiva. Igual el personal del hotel fue muy abrable en ayudarnos con la ubicación, el traslado de maletas, etc

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA, NOS COMUNICARON UNA HORAS ANTES QUE EL HOTEL NO CONTABA CON ASCENSOR Y TENIAMOS QUE SUBIR HASTA EL PISO 8 AL DESAYUNO, YO EN VIAJE CON ADULTOS MAYORES.
AL HACER LA OBSERVACION VIA BOOKING, NO TUVE RESPUESTA, YA QUE BAJO ESAS CONDICIONES NO PODIA ALOJARME. AL LLEGAR AL HOTEL VERIFICAMOS QUE ERA IMPOSIBLE LLEGAR AL PISO 8 CON 2 ADULTOS MAYORES , A ESTO INDIQUE AL CONSERJE QUE NO PODIA QUEDARME Y BUSCARIA OTRA ALTERNATIVA. ANTEESTO EL CONSERJE NOS ESTABA OBLIGANDO A CANCELAR 90 DOLARES POR UNA NOCHE, A LO QUE CUAL NOS NEGAMOS , POSTERIOR A ESTA SOLICTUD NOS DEJO ENCERRADOS EN EL HOTEL POR MAS DE UNA HORA Y LLAMO A LA POLICIA INDICANDONOS QUE LO HABIAMOS ESTAFADO, HASTA QUE EN ALGUN MOMENTO DE SU CONFUSION ESTE RECAPACITO Y NOS DEJO SALIR DEL HOTEL, FUE UNA EXPERIECIA HORRIBLE Y LAMENTABLE A NUSTRA LLEGADA A LIMA

Como íbamos a la maraton de lima, el hotel due excelente en ubicación. Es a una cuadra de los corrales.

Cons:

No es tan nuevo, y se escuchaba un poco cuando salian y entraban las personas a sus habitaciones

Cons:

Ascensor malo, no avisaron y mintieron respecto a cuando estaría listo. subir al piso 8 a tomar desayuno y luego bajar todos los días no era un buen chiste. El Wi-fi horrible, no pude trabajar desde mi habitación, no tomaba, lo tuve que hacer desde una sala sin comodidades. Pedí un descuento o algo que compense los malos ratos y nada, me dijeron "reclamele a Booking"
