La ubicación y la atención del personal. Buen precio
No tiene aire acondicionado, si bien te dan un ventilador Lima es una ciudad muy humeda. No tiene secador de pelo. El enchufe del baño no funcionaba.

Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes e parques. Quarto com tamanho bom. Café da manhã muito bom.

Todo el buen trato y servicio de la gente de Perú NO los tiene María Luisa. Llegamos y lo primero que nos dijeron: "Bajen temprano porque el desayuno se termina". Las instalaciones mediocres, al igual que el servicio y el desayuno, son una ESTAFA; no coincidían con las fotos que suben a la web ni de cerca.

It was a great location for Miraflores. The room had everything I needed as a solo traveler. I felt very safe and protected. They gave me tons of recommendations for food and location sites to see:)
The room had a strong chemical smell like a cleaning solution but after awhile I couldn’t notice it anymore

No tiene secador de pelo; ni caja fuerte.
Es un ambiente cordial, el personal siempre atento a las necesidades, nos sirvió como punto estratégico debido a las actividades que teníamos en la zona. Buen servicio de desayuno, habitaciones amplias, buen servicio de limpieza.
Si bien sé que no es algo del hotel, en esos días nos tocaron temperaturas atípicas, la habitación seleccionada no contaba con aire acondicionado, por lo que recomiendo observar este detalle si van a reservar el alojamiento. Otro aspecto que me incomodó fue que la habitación que nos asignaron daba directo a la calle y como es un área con mucho movimiento en la ciudad en los fines de semana se percibía todo el movimiento.

La atención del personal, no tuvieron en cuenta que ese fin de semana se corría la maratón de lima, no dieron opciones de desayunar temprano ni café.

Me asignaron a una habitación sin aire acondicionado y con las ventanas selladas.
Bajé a quejarme y me ubicaron en otra, también si aire y con ventana a una construcción que no dejó nunca de hacer ruidos. No había apps en la Tv ni posibilidad de que sea smart en todo el hotel.
