Reserva fallida por parte de Booking
Pros:

Booking me permitió la reserva y cuando llegue al hotel a hacer uso, resulta que no tenía la disponibilidad de habitaciones. No se de quien sea el error, pero esto me generó demoras adicionales en lograr la consecución de un alojamiento para esa noche. Mal por Booking y su plataforma.

Cons:

Booking debe ser más preciso en cuanto al aceptar una reversa, dado que en ese momento la ciudad se encontraba en feria y la disponibilidad era muy poca y nos quito tiempo en ir hasta el hotel para que nos digeran que no había disponibilidad.

Mal servicio en todos los sentidos, no hay nadie en recepción, incomodo a la hora de uno hacer check in y ni hablar del check out, literal nos atendió la señora que limpia el hotel e hizo lo que medio sabia pero todo muy mal en todos los sentidos.
