La salle de bain a besoin de rénovation, le meuble cuisine usé et défectueux. Par rapport au prix, je garde une déception car je m’attendais à un niveau élevé. Le quartier est sympa, être patient pour trouver une place de parking dans la journée. La télé, les chaînes ne marchaient pas, le voisinage un peu bruyant. Le téléphone de la chambre pour passer des commandes ne fonctionnait pas.
Bref un peu déçu.. je ne recommande pas

The nicest hotel I stayed in by far. Nicest amentities for a long term stay. I was very sad I was there for only one night. This is good for a couple's long term stay or a solo traveller, but not great if you are in a party or people who are not comfortable sharing close quarters- rooms are not very big. Other than that, really really nice and I will be coming back here!

They were trying to get more taxes than was written in the bill. They did not agreed not to pay till I called the police. The shower was not good. The laundry was leaking and making noise. The room is not secure. I couldn’t sleep because of other room’s noise.

Good location next to Arribat Center, We stayed in the family room for 4 on the 1st floor. Beds were comfortable! True that they will not give you more than 2 towels, and not even any small towels or washcloths. Better to bring your own! From the description, I assumed breakfast was a paid buffet option next door, but it was a la carte from the menu in the room. Front desk were nice enough, just different from Western expectations. Thanks for storing our huge bags!

The hotel was in a decent location, not super far away from the tram line. The apartment is big enough, with many facilities included. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the shower - the shower door does not stop the water - and the balcony door - does not fully close. There are also not enough hangers in the closet. Other than these, it served its purpose.

Overall, the stay was good. The apartment was comfortable, and Karima was helpful—she explained everything clearly to us. However, one thing I didn’t like was the additional tourist tax of 43 MAD per person, per day, regardless of whether it’s an adult or a child. I understand it’s a city policy, but honestly, if I had known about this extra cost upfront, I wouldn’t have booked the place. Transparency about these charges before booking would have been appreciated

The overall stay was OK, however it appears there is one rule for tourists and one rule for Moroccon guests. We landed early at 10am, check in is at 3pm. We had previously contacted the hotel requesting an early check in. We were told if the room was clean they would do their best to accommodate the same. We were eventually allowed to check in at 2pm. However during our stay it was apparent that the hotel was half empty and most apartments were ready for the next guests in any event. We did witness a Moroccan family being able to check in at 11am which was the same time we arrived but was refused.

In addition we booked through Expedia and our receipt showed that we needed to pay £15.00 city tax. This was for two people for 7 nights and what we would expect. The hotel charged as £3.50 per person per night which came to approximately £50. Expedia nor the hotel did anything about this discrepancy even though we had receipts as proof.

Our room was cleaned only once during our stay and the bed sheets were not changed when the room was cleaned. I know this as our sheets had a hole in them. Teabags were not replenished. Toilet roll was but you had to ask for it.

The area was noisy with certain guests playing music all night.

It is a shame this hotel let itself down as the apartment itself was adequate.

Das Hotel liegt etwas unscheinbar in einer Nebenstraße. Fußläufig erreichbar sind ein Einkaufszentrum, ein Supermarkt, die Bahnstationen, Restaurants und Bistros.
Der Eingang und Empfang sind klein. Die Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig.
Frühstück gibt es in einem zugehörigen Hotel.

Very clean place located at a quite neighborhood.

They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening.

Loud street noise. Asked to change the room. No luck

Très agreable et très bien situé, en plein coeur de Rabat, avec tout à proximité.

Le personnel est tres chaleureux et disponible.

L'hébergement est calme et très propre.

Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Everything was up to the expectations

Idéalement situé, propreté, confort et qualité des équipements. Mention toute spéciale aux deux dames de l’accueil Yasmine et Karima qui ont été adorables, très professionnelles et attentives à notre bien être, et surtout à l’écoute de tous nos besoins. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement et le conseillons vivement !
