Luna Muna

This place is loud. There are two restaurants licated at the hotel. One, at the front entrance and another in the corridor of the rooms. All night and morning (5am) you hear the kitchen staff, the customers, your nieghbors. Including, the plumbing, restroom use etc. of those rooms next to you. Did i say loud!

The guy at the front office wants your itinerary daily. I dont think so! They offer free breakfast between 6:30-9:30, its decent. Eggs, hotdogs fried, fruit, variety of juices and bread.

We stayed in aguascalientes one of our 4 night's ti visit machu pichu. Upon returning, i asked to extend our check out time as our flight was delayed. The front desk woman didnt understand. She called the main woman who didn't know that i can hear her and she sat there contemplating how she could charge me extra. She said $20us for 2 hours. No thx! I stayed there several days including one night with no house keeping and you cant extend an hour

Cuando llegue no habia alguien que nos recibiera, no habia un letrero con mi nombre o con el nombre del hotel.
Cuando llegue al hotel me dieron una habitacion en el ultimo piso donde solo habia una habitacion. Todo el piso estaba a medio construir, sin puertas, sin pintar y con material de construcciòn al rededor. Cuando entre a la habitacion habia un gato debajo de la cama. Nos retiramos inmediatamente. Lamentablemente no pude obtener reembolso por este medio. Perdi dinero y tiempo.

The receptionist and assistant are the best parts of this place.

Un Hotel bastante confortable, la atención del personal excelente, la habitación limpia, muy bonito todo.

Un servicio muy cómodo, los recepcionistas muy atentos, el desayuno delicioso, el cuarto muy limpio, perfecta ubicación y un precio súper cómodo.

Can't complain as went to book 1 room for $40 and they reserved 2 rooms at same price instead. Rooms do not have heat but bedding adequate to compensate. Some moldy smell but not overwhelming. Nice staff. Overall good 1 night stay.

For some reason they did not have the original 2 family rooms I reserved so instead gave us 4 single rooms which was better because instead of 2 bathrooms, we now have 4. Good job on making it better when you make a mistake. Other companies can learn from you

La propreté compte énormément, les draps, housse de couette et taie d'oreiller avaient des mauvaises odeurs, des odeurs des autres voyageurs. Les chambres ne sont pas comme sur les photos et sentent le renfermé.
Petit déjeuner pas bon, pas de choix.

The property is in remodeling process and it’s a bit wearer, but is ok.

Le personnel est sympathique cependant du a une erreur de traduction nous avions eu une chambre avec lit jumeaux et non pas un lit double comme nous avions réservé, heureusement que l'hôtel n'étais pas plein.
En apparence hotel charmant mais nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir des travaux importants pendant notre séjour donc plutôt problématique si vous voulez vous reposer après votre ascension du Machu Picchu, veuillez a contacter l'hôtel pour savoir s'il est toujours en travaux.
De plus, c'est plutôt récurrent au Pérou, mais aucune isolation phonique donc vous entendez toutes les chaises traînées au petit déjeuner, vos voisins de chambres aller et venir. Convient pour une nuit si vous vous levez aux aurores et que vous repartez vous reposer ailleurs mais ne prévoyez pas de grasse matinée si vous avez le sommeil léger.
Hotel propre et petit déjeuner plus au moins complet selon l'heure a laquelle vous vous lever.

A very simple sml hotel.
Very steep walk almost at the top of the street, close to the hot spring.
Breakfast, nothing like shown on the booking pages.

The location at the top of slope is a little hard to repeatedly go up to this hotel.

I liked the location and easy to get around town. It also steps away from the mineral springs. After hiking to Machu Pichu it was nice to soak in the mineral springs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nicholas was very helpful to help me get around town.

We had two nights at Luna Muna and we are very satisfied with our stay! However, we wouldn't call it a spa hotel as it only provided massage (like many other places at that street). Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, our room was cleaned every day and the staff was helpful with all our requests. One concern was the bathroom, shower curtains could be replaced since water leaked out to the rest of the bathroom floor.. Besides that, very nice hotel, we would recommend it!

Por ser tan barato no está del todo mal. Muy justo aunque bien ubicado. La recepcionista Frory muy atenta y amable. Desayuno muy poco variado. El hotel parece inacabado.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Close to variety of restaurants, hot springs and bus to Machu Picchu.

It was a perfect landing spot after a 5 day trek. Clean, lovely staff, good coffee. Simple, but comfortable!
