Hyatt Regency Xuzhou

Good location, centric. Room was good without being in any way to fancy. Just a good standard business hotel.

The best and only hotel we stay at in Xuzhou whenever we visit family. Best location in center city atop a mall. There are so many excellent shopping places and restaurants in walking distance nearby. The breakfast buffet has excellent western and Chinese selections. You can't beat the view at the highest place in Xuzhou. Pool and hot tub/gym are great.

The Hyatt Regency Xuzhou provides an outstanding experience with its cozy accommodations, seamless check-in process, convenient mobile key, delectable cuisine, and charming hotel ambiance. My last two stays have been truly enjoyable.

A very nice upscale hotel with a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast is as good as you can get a breakfast, with choices of every Chinese and American food, and excellent coffee. The hotel is convenient to shopping and transportation. The hotel is next to Pengcheng Square, a popular gathering place in Xuzhou. Did you know that Xuzhou has the older smaller Terra Cotta Warriors? It is a good visit.

Isabella at the front desk was truly amazing. Arriving at 11PM after a full day of travel from the US, she was just perfect for handling my check in. She also made me feel I could ask for almost anything and if it was within her reach she would make it happen. Will be back.

Incredible value for such a nice hotel

A large and impressive hotel in the city center. Located on the top floors of the tallest tower in the city. A good option for business people. Good value for money.

Great place to stay. Great food, nice view on city from room window. Very close to main Xuzhou attractions.

Great style and very large rooms

The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food. Absolutely loved it!

Located above the Suning Plaza mall, the Hyatt Regency offers a convenient central location with all of the usual amenities you would expect from an upscale hotel.

Our family was treated exceptionally well as Hyatt Globalists, with an upgrade to a comfortable suite overlooking Xuzhou’s large lake.

Service was friendly across the board, with the Regency Club offering a comfortable place to rest in the evenings. Breakfast was located on the 42 floor all-day-dining restaurant and featured the usual collection of Asian and Western meals. With clear days, it was a treat to be able to get a near 360° view of the city and neighboring hills.

The pool was located on the 6th floor and offered a comfortable place to swim. We appreciated the warm temperature and the calm experience.

Plenty of dining is nearby, including major chains at the attached mall. In the evening, the nearby area becomes a hive of activity.

All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Hyatt Xuzhou from 28th October to 7th November. I enjoyed my stay, in particular the club lounge experience. The staff (Winnie, Tina, Minna and Kama) looked after my Mum and I so well. They were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. My Mum and I further enjoyed food and drinks offered at the Regency Club's happy hours. I will definitely stay with Hyatt in my future visits to Xuzhou.

Nice, clean and great location. Connected to a mall and is within walking distance to a food street. Value for money stay. Breakfast is nice as well. Pity we had only stayed one night, will be back for a longer stay.
