Highly unsatisfactory
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Their services start at 7am. You can’t get a shuttle to the airport before that. There is no breakfast included. I booked for my family 3 adult s and 2 children. Indicated it’s free for children but was shocked to realize it was 2 queens and no sofa bed. We had to sleep with my 6yrs daughter and 13yrs old son in one bed. The seat available is a bench. Not worth the price

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was cold

Cons:

Staff took an hour to get us into our room and we were waiting in the lobby with our baby after 20 hours of traveling while they figured out their system. There was no email or information on organizing a shuttle and airport was 30 minutes from the hotel.

Beyond Expectations
Pros:

The staff at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are big. Location is good as its near the airport. There is a free airport shuttle which is so convenient.

Cons:

Estuve 2 noches. Con sorpresa llegué al final del dia despues de la primera noche y la pieza no estaba hecha. Camas sin hacer, baño con las mismas toallas mojadas. Un fiasco para in hotel de esta categoría y precio
