Liegt am Dorfrand direkt neben dem See.
Moderne Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist.
Unsere Wohnung hatte einen Balkon mit Sicht zum See, sehr schön.

herzliche Gastgeber in einem schönen Appartementhaus direkt am See
Pros:

Die Lage gegenüber dem See war perfekt. Wir haben überraschend ein größeres Zimmer mit See- statt Bergblick erhalten! Kommunikation vor und während der Anreise hat super funktioniert. Die Küchenzeile war funktional und sehr gut für eine Ferienwohnung ausgestattet. Der Billa nebenan hat uns dazu gut versorgt, dass wir den Brötchenservice nicht gebraucht haben, der angeboten wurde. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben, der Safe musste entsperrt werden und die Heizung im Bad war defekt. Es gab immer ausreichend Parkplätze. Für den Aufenthalt in Seefeld braucht man aber auch kein Auto, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Den Rest erreicht man mit dem ÖPNV, der in der Plateau Card, die man automatisch erhält, enthalten ist. Der Autoverkehr auf der Straße zwischen See und Haus hat uns nicht gestört, im Zweifel einfach Fenster schließen.
Das Bad war vom WC getrennt, leider ist kein Handwaschbecken im WC.

Auch klasse, dass es hier genug Mülltüten, Geschirrspültabs und Geschirrspülmittel gibt, was oft in Unterkünften fehlt. Die Dusche war super. Handwaschmittel und Duschgel war auch im Spender vorhanden.
Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen guten Eindruck.

Cons:

Was wir leider unterschätzt hatten, andere auch schon geschrieben hatten, das Haus ist doch etwas hellhörig. Wenn man da sensibel ist, hilft vorab Kontakt mit den Gastgebern aufzunehmen, sie sind sehr bemüht. Wir waren in der Mitte und es war laut von oben und der Seite. Für unsere Verhältnisse leider zu laut, für die Gastgeber eher etwas überraschend. Sie haben bereits Filzfüße an den Stühlen, es war dennoch wie eine Elefantenfamilie, die über uns wohnte und am Ende nur ein Paar.

Auch Geschmackssache, ich mag keinen Hochfloorteppich im Schlafzimmer. Als Allergiker hätte ich den Laminatboden der anderen Räume bevorzugt, zudem Hunde hier auch erlaubt sind.

Het ziet er goed,nieuw en eigentijds uit.

Cons:

Het formulier invullen ivm gasten tijdens de heenreis is irritant,dit zou eerder kunnen en duidelijker ivm het afvinken van onderdelen hiervan.
Bij binnenkomst in het appartement ontbreekt er een zitbank wat erg teleurstellend was,dit zou in de brochure duidelijker aangegeven moeten zijn.
Bedden waren erg hard,daardoor slecht geslapen.
Magnetron onbereikbaar zonder trap,waarom zo hoog?

Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Balkon ist sehr gross.

Cons:

Wohnung fällt ein wenig kleiner als auf den Bildern aus. Zimmer zur Strasse ist mit offenem Fenster etwas lärmig

Very comfortable
Pros:

Great location, easy walk in to town and a lovely walk around the lake right from the front door. Very helpful staff. good sized rooms and well equipped kitchen. We had a small issue with a piece of equipment and the management were very responsive. Very convenient supermarket next door.

Cons:

All was good. One very small surprise was that there is no wash basin in the toilet in the apartment, so it meant walking around, through the lounge, to the bathroom, each time. Not a massive issue, but tiresome.

Wij hebben het hier fantastisch gehad en zou zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
Pros:

Heerlijk groot appartement, bedden waren goed en de kussens waren heerlijk zacht. Keukengerei was ook fijn geen botten messen.

Cons:

Klein minpuntje: Tijdens het douche werd de badkamer heel echt nat door het stoom wat van de douche afkwam. De afzuiging daarvan was niet sterk genoeg.
