Pros:

This looks like a brand new studio apartment in a modern building. Clean, with all modern amenities, kitchen, and even a washer. Location is OK, next to a mega mall, and about 5-10 minute walking distance to a Metro station. The major downside is that there is still a lot of construction happening in the building, so it gets quite noisy during the days. Sometimes you have to wait for an elevator because the construction workers are using it. The place though has a lot of potential once all construction is finished.
