Voltaria sem hesitar
Pros:

Tudo excelente, desde o conforto do quarto ao pequeno almoço, passando pela simpatia dos funcionários. A localização também é ótima, mesmo ao lado do Templo. Sentimo-nos muito bem acolhidos.

昨年宿泊した際にとても居心地が良かったため、今回リピートしました。
館内は洗練されていて清潔感があり、隅々まで掃除が行き届いています。
スタッフ皆さんも親切で、気持ちよく滞在できます。
夜にいただいたクッキーを、ひとり掛けソファでくつろぎながら味わう時間は、至福のひとときでした。

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du temple de la dent. Le personnel est serviable et donne des bons conseils. La literie était très confortable. La chambre était dotée de tout le nécessaire. La boisson et les biscuits d'accueil étaient délicieux. La chambre disposait d'une machine à café italienne avec du café italien. Nous aurions aimé que le même café soit servi au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude dans la douche, mais quelqu'un est venu très vite régler le souci, cependant il a sali et mis de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain et personne n'est venu nettoyer.

Le turn down service est agréable mais il est intervenu trop tôt et sans nous demander si on le souhaitait et à quelle heure on le voulait.

La petite piscine n'était pas très propre et l'eau était froide mais nous ne savons pas si c'était normal que l'eau soit froide.

Il faudrait donner toutes les infos sur le spa et la salle finesse à l'arrivée des clients.

Lovely hotel central to main local attractions.
Pros:

The staff couldn’t be better.. they were lovely.
Location was excellent. Close to the Temple of the Sacred tooth and lake.
Breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

We had our original room changed as the plumbing in the bathroom was defective.
The duvet cover had a rip in the front where it was turned down. The towels were old and had holes in as well.
It didn’t state anywhere that this is an alcohol free hotel which guests should be made aware of.

Good value for money and central location yet quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. Staff helpful and friendly.good value for money in a very central but quiet location.

Cons:

Room had no view, just a wall. But that was just our view, others were different. Great that they offered free drinks in the mini fridge.

Great location and comfortable
Pros:

The staff and location were very good, the room Was Comfortable and clean
Even though the pool was not available the staff organized for us to use another hotels pool

That the pool was under renovation and it was advertised on the booking app.

Luxurious and fabulous couple of days
Pros:

Everything! The ambience and feeling of old world elegance and charm. The rooms were large and bed extremely comfortable and sheets luxurious. A minibar complimentary drinks and chocolate was a nice touch.

Cons:

There is no alcohol served at the restaurant as it is close to the temple

Great location but zero respect for privacy
Pros:

The hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the main cultural sights in Kandy. The hotel is dated but the room itself was spacious and mostly clean although the desk was sticky. It's a decent 3-4* hotel mostly thanks to the location.

Cons:

The desk was sticky and one of the blinds was broken leaving a gap through which anyone walking in the hall could see inside the room. I also had asked for a quiet room and was placed next to the service elevator.
I left the "do not disturb" on when I left the room to run an errand in the late afternoon and when I came back, the sign was off and the hotel staff had entered the room for turndown service. Turndown service should not be given priority over the guest's wish for privacy, even if we do leave the room - I travel extensively and have never had a hotel disregard the do not disturb sign.
Also, the staff in the dining room kept insisting to get my room number even though I was not eating breakfast and was only walking through (which you have to do to get from the elevator to the lobby and exit). It felt very pushy and was unwarranted.
