Gorgeous and stylish hotel close to the Temple of the Tooth
Pros:

Such a great hotel - a stone's throw from the Temple of the Tooth. Gorgeous inside with lovely rooms and a delicious breakfast. One of our favourite hotels of the trip. And Kandy was lovely too.

Perfect Location and a Clean City Hotel
Pros:

A comfortable, clean, and centrally located city hotel. The rooms are clean and of a sufficient size.
The breakfast included in the room rate was both delicious and satisfying. The hotel restaurant is also a good option for dinner, offering tasty, hygienic food with great value for money.

Cons:

We stayed in a room on the top floor, next to the service elevator. Unfortunately, there was a constant humming noise in the room, which negatively affected our comfort.

Nice hotel close to the sights
Pros:

Hotel right next to the Temple of the tooth and lake. Great if you have small children (like we did) and find it helpful to be able to pop back to the hotel throughout the day.
Hotel itself was clean, food tasty and staff friendly.

Cons:

We were originally put in a room that had no windows. I suspect a lot of hotels in the centre are like this as they are in terraced buildings. They were able to swap us to a room at the back of the hotel with a window when we asked.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great spot - right near the lake and Temple of the Tooth. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet - egg hoppers, waffles and chicken bacon were all excellent! Overall the hotel was a bit tired but they appear to be upgrading it at the moment.

Cons:

The shower didn't drain properly and was full of mould. The water ended up ankle deep after a few minutes in there.

Pros:

Great staff, clean, generous with breakfast and nightly chocolate treats.

Cons:

No pool, as it was quite hot during our stay (3 night stay). We understand there is a pool being constructed.

It’s a very short walk to the best of Kandy

Cons:

It was very noisy.
Breakfast was boring and was set up about an hour prior with everything not even warm/hot the cross isn’t that I had tasted stale so definitely disappointing

Great hotel in perfect, central location
Pros:

I did a heap of research to find a nice property close to the centre of Kandy so that we could walk to everywhere we wanted. The Radh was really great - just a 2 min walk to the entry to the Temple of the Tooth. It had a really nice feel about it - small(ish), nicely designed and lovely staff. The breakfast was also very good. I was really pleased with my choice and would recommend it.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Nice room, most comfortable bed we had in Sri Lanka. Excellent staff. Perfect location for the temple of the sacred tooth.

Cons:

Considering the price of the hotel, the breakfast could have been better. Of the two nights we stayed, on the first day they weren't doing a buffet, but the food was good. On the second day they were doing the buffet but the selection was merely OK. For the Sri Lankan currys they had a potato or pepper curry both of which had very thin soup consistency sauces. On the first day they served a dall which was great and missed on the second day. Also a few elements of the suite felt a little tired and the jacuzzi on the balcony felt a little flimsy.
