La ubicación

Cons:

Muy mal insonorizado. Se escucha desde el ascensor hasta las conversaciones en la habitación de otros huéspedes.
El restaurante no tenía la mitad de la carta , no hay alcohol, es imposible poder tomarte una cerveza o un vino (por supuesto tampoco hay cerdo aunque a mí eso personalmente no me supuso un problema pero creo que hay que avisarlo).

Lovely one night stay in Kandy
Pros:

We received a wonderful warm welcome on our first day in Sri Lanka. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing - thank you! The room was very well appointed with an excellent shower, huge bed and a lovely little balcony. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes from Kandy's lake and beautiful temple.

Cons:

The hotel is adding a rooftop pool - this will be a fantastic addition to the property!

Disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were really kind and the hotel itself was beautiful. A great location in the centre of town.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water for the duration of our two day stay. There was also a note saying there was construction on the hotel, but that it would take place between 10.30am-5pm. In fact, it started right above our room at 8am and even after complaining twice, didn't halt all day. Very disappointing for the money paid.

A very good stay because of location
Pros:

Location excellent as so close to the temple of the sacred tooth relic. We were a two minute walk away from it and we attended the 5:30 AM ceremony/drumming and then back to the hotel for breakfast. Also like the bathrooms as I’ve read that they were shabby, but ours seem to have been renovated. Breakfast was good.
