die Lage und das freundliche Personal

Cons:

es wurde das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen .
sehr unsauber.
falsche Beschreibung des Balkons
offene elektro Installation im Zimmer und kein wifi am Pool.
Scherben der Nachttischlampe liegen auf dem Nachtisch.
das Telefon hat nicht funktioniert und die Beschriftung der Tasten nicht lesbar.
kein Schatten und Liegeauflagen am Pool.
Poolwasser grünlich .
auf der Speisekarte werden die Beträge ohne diverse Zuschläge für Steuern nicht angegeben

Pros:

Comodo proprio in centro a Kandy e vicino al tempio del dente. Struttura carina e camera anche, forse un po’ piccola. Colazione discreta.

Cons:

Un po rumorosa, stanno facendo dei lavori all’interno e a volte danno davvero fastidio. Personale mediamente impreparato sia al sevizio colazione che in reception.

Pros:

Centralissimo. Staff impeccabile, attento e cortese. Ci hanno aiutato tantissimo nella prenotazione dei biglietti per il treno per Ella e per l’esala praehera. Ristorante di sushi però al di sotto delle nostre aspettative.

Ein Tag für Kandy Esala Perahera Fest
Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral, Zahn Tempel liegt direkt an der Straße. Der Service im Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut, entspricht durchwegs der Kategorie. Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, Frühstück habe ich schon mehr erlebt, aber durchwegs sehr gut. Ausblick vom Balkon wäre auf Parade an manchen Tagen sehr gut. Preis im Restaurant auch überraschend überschaubar.

Cons:

Der reduzierte Preis ergibt sich daraus, dass das Hotel erweitert wird und eine Baustelle im neuen Bereich ist. Die Zimmer dort werden hier vermietet, sind prinzipiell auch schön, eine Endkontrolle würde nicht schaden, bevor ein Gast dort sind: keine Glühbirnen im Bettlicht, Rauchmelder hat noch Schutz Abdeckung drüber, Steuerung fällt aus der Vertäfelung raus, Licht im Bad lässt sich gar nicht abschalten, nicht mal über Master Schalter (Glastüre!)

Très bien situé à proximité du temple et des commerces. Excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

La piscine privative de la suite pas agréable car complètement close petite et bruyante. Chambre mal insonorisée a cote du bar. Pas de fenêtre.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Zudem wird ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück geboten.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist in dieser Preiskategorie noch deutlich ausbaufähig. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer dunkle Haare im Bad entdeckt. Dieses wurde zwar nochmal gereinigt, als wir die Rezeption darauf hingewiesen haben, allerdings war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers dennoch nicht makellos.

Hotel muy correcto, muy funcional. Situación excepcional en pleno centro de Kandy a 3 minutos del templo del diente de Buda. Desayuno completo muy bueno. Personal muy amable, como en todo Sri Lanka

Amazing staff and location
Pros:

Our stay was made exceptional because of the staff. Each and every staff was very attentive and going beyond their job description.
As we were traveling with our toddler they made sure to take care of her extra. Location of the hotel is in the heart of the city which is an added point.

Hôtel correct et très bien placé
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal pour aller à pied assister à la Perahera.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre (cheveux dans le lit, dans le lavabo, draps tachés …).
Mais on nous changé de chambre quand nous l’avons signalé.
L’hôtel est vieillissant.

Cons:

Z ubytování jsem zklamaná, cena za jednu noc je opravdu vysoká za to, co dostanete. Všude jsou špinavé koberce, výhled z pokoje na střechu. Pořád vypadávali pojistky, takže se ve 4hodiny ráno z ničeho nic rozsvítilo, takhle se to stalo několikrát až do pěti do rána, po střeše se neustále něco pohybovalo, takže jsme vůbec nespali. Vybavení v koupelně (kartáčky apod. Vše plné mravenců) nedoporučuji.

L’hôtel est situé au cœur de la ville vue sur la Perahera
Pros:

Premier jour de la Perahera avec vue du balcon vraiment génial , l’emplacement est vraiment top.

Cons:

Deux fois toutes les lumières de la chambre (+ télé) se sont rallumés à 6h30 ! Sûrement après une coupure d’électricité mais c’est vraiment désagréable.
Un cafard retrouvé dans la chambre ..
