Nothing, first, I can’t get into the hotel because the access to the hotel was close due to a crow of people dancing and drinking in front of the hotel, so I never can get in the hotel. There was no parking also. When I call to the hotel the receptionist says, oh I am sorry but we don’t have no rooms left. I also they never find my reservation. This was the most horrible experience with this hotel. Be carful when you book a room in this hotel. There is no access at he time of the check in. Disgusting, horrible experience. I gives a -0000000000000
Everything this hotel doesn’t have access to get in, very unprofessional people, I don’t know why they said check in after 3 pm and parking available when you can’t access not even the entrance.

El staff muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, inclusive fui con una persona en recuperación de una cirugía y fueron muy amables con él.
La limpieza del gimnasio, las máquinas estaban un poco sucias.
El precio del minibar es muy alto; podrían ajustarlo un poco.
La música en el lobby y el restaurante es un poco repetitiva, podrían variar un poco en géneros instrumentales, inclusive salsa instrumental suave para ser más acorde a la ciudad.
