Exceptional stay with great views, location, and outstanding service.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and parks. The room was modern with a spacious bathroom, large bed, and large windows with a good view of an archaeological site below. The roof top pool was relaxing with a good view of Lima. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff were very polite, informative, and attentive.

Cons:

Everything was basically perfect. The only thing I can think of was the size of the pool. It was fairly small, but understandable for the how much rooftop real estate the hotel has to work with.

Booking não dá opção de cancelar os dias restantes da reserva depois que ela inicia.

A localização e o atendimento da equipe foram muito bons.

Cons:

O carpete do quarto em todo o piso provocou uma crise alérgica em mim. O hotel possibilitou a troca de quarto e até mesmo de hotel (para outro da rede) onde não houvesse carpete, mas eu já tinha feito reserva em outro hotel e, por isso, não fiquei lá até o fim da minha reserva. A equipe disse que devolveria as diárias restantes, desde que solicitasse na plataforma booking, mas não encontrei na plataforma opção para cancelar a reserva depois que iniciou a estadia.
