Pros:

Location was perfect in the hearth of the Old City . Exactly what I planned. Breakfast was good. The place could not be more cozy and the staff more pleasant. The pool was a nice surprise. Hotel highly recommended

Beautifully restored period hotel, welcoming owners in a great location but tucked away from the crowds of old town Reth
Pros:

Lovingly restored 14th Century former travellers inn, family owned and run by a father and daughter team. Both were always welcoming and took time to chat or give advice on sights and tours. Right in the heart of the Old City, but whisper quiet. The beautiful courtyard pool was used every day…sparkly clean and always refreshing. Lovely balconies and private lounges to escape the sun. Other guests were all very friendly…In fact as a solo traveller it was lovely that someone wished me ‘hello’ or ‘goodnight’ every time I came ‘home’. Loved it so much, I booked for one night and ended up staying 5… and will definitely return.

Pros:

Ideally placed in the centre of the old town. A real oasis in the middle of all the action. Beautiful hotel with added bonus of a pool despite being in the centre of the town. Also lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend. We stay one night but will go back for a longer stay.

Un oasis de calme dans une cohue extérieure
Pros:

Dans le cœur du quartier historique ! Isolé du brouhaha des touristes c'est impressionnant !
Piscine centrale.
Le Mr qui nous a accueilli en Français, est d'une extrême gentillesse et de très bons conseils !

Cons:

Le PDJ qui dénote énormément avec l'impression globale de l'établissement.

Wenn Rethymno dann im Vecchio
Pros:

Ein absolutes Schmuckstück inmitten der wuseligen Altstadt. Nicht ganz einfach zu finden aber suchenswert 😊. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist vielfältig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind fußläufig zu erreichen
