Pros:

Muy bueno todo en general, el personal TODO excelente. Y un especial reconocimiento a Flora y al Chef "Hueso" , los dias que estuvimos hizo mucho calor surante el dia y la habitacion no tenia aire acondicionado. Pero por supuesto ese clima es excepcional para esa zona. Convendria tener un ventilador en la habitacion.

La estadia fue exelente! El hotel es precioso y la atención de su personal ez exelente!!por supuesto el paisaje y la forma en que el hotel se integra a él es impecable al igual que la decoración.

Pros:

Todo excelente respecto de la infraestructura y el servicio.
Sin embargo al reservar el hotel tenía entendido que estaba pagado la totalidad del alojamiento y al hacer el check out tuvimos que pagar un diferencia no menor de precio. Todavía estoy esperando la factura que quedaron de enviarme con el detalle.

Villa Pehuenia ist ein kleiner Ort, der gerade im Begriff ist, sich touristisch ein wenig zu entwickeln, gerade recht für Menschen, die Ruhe und keinen Massentourismus suchen.
Dazu passt das neu erbaute Hotel Amarras mit seinem hellen modernen Ambiente direkt ein wenig oberhalb des Sees.
Es empfängt, nach noch etwas holpriger, weil wohl noch nicht ganz fertiger Zufahrt, den Gast mit einer sehr großen, hohen und äußerst stilvoll eingerichteten Halle, cder Check in ist sehr freundlich.
Unser Zimmer hatte durch die komplette Glasfront Blick auf den See und die Anden. Ein Traum! Zudem verfügte es über eine eigene Terrasse. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit etc. perfekt. Einziges Manko : es gibt statt Schrank nur ein Brett mit Bügeln darunter.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht sehr üppig, für normale Esser aber völlig ausreichend. Der Service dort ist ausbaufähig. Eine Servicekraft ist überfordert. Da könnte mit einer weiteren Kraft noch nachgebessert werden.
Das schmälert für uns jedoch den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck nicht.
