Pros:

De locatie is top en de wifi werkte supergoed. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en wil het je goed naar de zin maken.

Cons:

Voor deze prijs kan je geen luxe verwachten, maar de kamers zijn ruim, de wifi was top en het personeel dus heel vriendelijk.

Muy buena ubicación y servicio
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación fantástica, muy céntrico. El personal fue muy atento conmigo. La habitación amplia con terraza y disponía de nevera y el agua bien caliente. Estuve en Ramadán y me prepararon el desayuno para llevar.

New Palace ? Le seul palais ou le roi c'est la poussière...

L'emplacement était correct plutôt proche des lieux touristiques à visiter, le lit était plutôt confortable

Cons:

À fuir absolument !
Hôtel vétuste et sale, rien ne correspond à l’annonce. Personnel incompétent, ne parle pas anglais et totalement désagréable. Si vous ne réclamez rien, vous n’aurez rien (pas de serviettes, pas de shampoing). Et quand on vous donne des serviettes, elles sont tellement usées qu’on se demande si ce ne sont pas celles oubliées par le client précédent…

Chambres poussiéreuses, mobilier cassé, armoire avec des mouchoirs usagés, salle de bain immonde sans rideau de douche. Clim défectueuse qui fuit… sur le lit !

Petit-déjeuner ? Une blague. Aucun choix, aucune boisson proposée, et pas de café disponible alors qu’il est inclus ! Nous avons dû acheter notre propre café soluble. Quand nous avons demandé de l’eau chaude pour l’utiliser, le « responsable » a exigé 30 EGP par personne pour… de l’eau chaude ! Après négociation, il a accepté… puis est reparti fumer devant la télé dans la salle commune, privatisant le seul ventilateur (voir photo ci-dessous ne pas s'y méprendre ce n'est pas un client c'est bel et bien l'employé).

Paiement uniquement en cash avec un taux d’arnaque, vous payez plus que le prix affiché.
Bref, hôtel malhonnête, sale et sans service. Du jamais vu.

Absolutely to avoid!
The hotel is run-down and dirty, nothing matches the description. Staff are incompetent, don’t speak a word of English, and are completely unfriendly. If you don’t ask for things, you simply won’t get them (no towels, no shampoo). And when they finally give you towels, they’re so worn out you wonder if they were left behind by the previous guest…

Rooms are dusty, furniture is broken, the wardrobe had used tissues inside, and the bathroom is filthy with no shower curtain. The AC barely works and leaks… directly onto the bed!

Breakfast? A joke. No choice, no drinks offered, and no coffee available even though it’s included! We had to buy our own instant coffee.

Comfortable hostel in a good area
Pros:

Large and clean room in a very good area, close of Khan el Khalil Bazar. We have spent only one night but everything was ok. Good money value

Pros:

Room was clean and had air-conditioning. I chose this hotel because I didn't need to prepay.

Cons:

There was no WiFi, even though it was listed under amenities. Restaurant was non-functional and the free breakfast was not available to me as I had to check out early to reach my appointment. The sprayer in the bathroom was not working properly.
