The receptionist was friendly and the room clean
The hotel is next to a busy road and the windows are poor so there is constat road noise which keeps you awake.

The hotel was at a price point that was within my budget. There is a supermarket called Farmer Joe's which is not far from the hotel. The Fugalei Market is also not that far and there is a foodcourt there with several choices (closed on Sunday). It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Apia Fish Market. The staff are very friendly.
The photo in the listing can be misleading since it only focuses on the bed and not the room itself or a wider view of the property. The room is actually quite basic and is not spacious. But accommodation is expensive in Samoa so this place provides travellers with an alternative rather than having no alternative at all. It does not matter how many nights you spend here, they only provide free wifi on your first night. Good thing the data packages of mobile companies are quite generous and inexpensive and so that took care of my data needs without having to rely on the hotel's wifi.

We ordered fish and chips, questioned staff if the fish was in fact fresh??? We were told it was however and it was straight from the freezer (fish fingers )we were a little disappointed. But the salad and fries were good 🤣

I like the size of the room and the bed is comfortable.
The air-conditioning was making a very loud vibration noise and not even blowing any cold air and i couldn't sleep at night. Second after I checked in I went and checked the room the bed was tidy but when I came back to my room the bed was messy it looks like someone was sleeping on the bed and left the tools box on the bed in the room.

Fantastic convenience to what we needed, the on-site restaurant made delicious food, and great service in altering the menu to contain more salad, which was fantastic!
We booked 3 nights on booking.com but when we arrived, they only had space for 2 nights, with shuffling, they managed to sort it out but we were left not knowing if we could stay the last night until the last minute which wasn't ideal.
The breakfast was fine. Some of the staff are nice.
Everything was broken - the fan, air con, fridge, tv & there were ants in the bathroom, the fridge leaked all over the floor.
The location was good and close to the city which was a 15 minute walk. Rosy’s restaurant was good and the staff super friendly. Matilda and the team looked after me during my stay and helped me with my queries. The rooms were exceptionally clinical clean and I thank the in house cleaning team for their hard work.

Stay was absolutely amazing. The family room was more spacious than we thought, beds were good and loved how we could open all the windows in there it room. Staff were so helpful and beautiful souls taking in thought that we had two kids under 5 so we barely had people placed in the room next to us. Even though we were literally on the main road it felt like we weren’t. It still felt a little hidden from the main road which was great.
There’s nothing not to like everything was beautiful.
