InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN - Bell Road

The scent of the room like someone was smoking inside! the toilet being clogged and unable to use most of the stay not even to give us back any of our money we had to use gas station bathroom and the guy at the front lieing to us about charges and then changing his mouth when the manager came.

Everything was great

It had cockroaches, woke up with one crawling in bed. Sick!! Wifi is spotty and cable in and out. Handle broken on sink. Don't recommend

The place is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs the is prostitutes working in the parking lot and drug dealers. Then they tell you upon check in that there is a $50 security which they charge before you see the room they tell you it will be refunded upon check out. It is a lie they keep 50$ and could not provide a invoice are could they provide any proof they were legal in keeping security deposit and booking.com was no help either.i contacted booking .com and they gave me the run around just like this disgusting place did. In my opinion they are no better than other theif

Roaches infested and so many cats outside

There were roaches everywhere in the kitchen and bed, the room had a moldy body odor smell. And they overcharged my card and scammed us. The total shown on booking is not the full price. I’ve never experienced a place that charged more than what I booked. I feel booking.com needs to investigate this place as fraud. It said a certain amount for 9 days booked there but on the 7th I got a call saying they need more money for the next two days or they would kick me out. No where in an email or when checking in with the rude males at the front desk did they mention anything to us. This hotel needs to be shut down honestly, I witnessed them treating other guests poorly as well. I believe any other non 1 star review here is fake

We rented our room for 7 days. From Dec 18, 2025 until Dec 25, 2025. However the man that works the office all the time give us a call up on Dec 24, 2025 and said we needed to be out. That night he said we had to be out. Telling us we were only paid up until Dec 24, though we looked at the receipt it stated we had paid for the room until the Dec 25. So it put a strain on us, making us stressed out about having to get out of the room a night early. Keep in mind this is Christmas Eve we were being kicked out on, plus we had a reservation saying we was going to rent another week. But the front desk man said we would have to sleep outside away from the hotel for the 24th and the 25th then we would be able to come rent the hotel on the 26th when the office opens back up. It just didn't make since why he told us to leave the room we already had paid for. Then on top of that we couldn't pay for the reservation we had for the upcoming week until a day after the reservation started. Absolutely not making any since. Why would we want to stay their again? The staff was very wrong on what they told us, they should reimburse us for that night they told us we ha to leave.That only makes since.
