Good place to stay for a friend trip
Pros:

The hotel is quite new but not taken care of properly and thus the standard is not maintained. There was corrosion and rust in the shower, the plaster was falling off in places, and there was some strange smell in the room.
However, the location of the hotel is just 50m from the sea, you can see it from the property. It is in a safe neighborhood even though it looks suspicious at first sight.
Personnel, room service, and restaurant waiters were super polite and always ready to help and provide what was needed.
Breakfast had a basic selection but the kitchen ched always made eggs after request which were really good. Dinner was ok, so we chose to eat outside of the hotel. There were a couple of really nice places in the area.
I would recommend this hotel for a friend trip or couples trip as it contains the necessities on vacation and has a good price ratio for 4-5 days.

Pros:

Ottima struttura, noi avevamo una camera vista mare e siamo stati soddisfatti della vista e dei servizi. Camere in buono stato peccato che mancava un mini frigo dove poteva essere di gran aiuto dato il super caldo della zona.
Personale nulla da dire, i ragazzi della hotel molto disponibili e c è la mettono tutta per soddisfare ogni esigenza dell ospite.
Noi siamo stati bene.
Hotel Consigliato.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Probably my worst experience at a hotel ever.

The hotel is not child friendly at all! Not friendly for the elderly. To get to the beach you have to walk past the pool and the no barrier stairs to get to the stairs to take you back and then the path way past the rubbish bins to get to the beach. There are no public toilets at the beach.
- The pool is not cleaned and the paint rubs off - most likely because it has not been maintained. and I went into the pool and got paint stained to my body. When talking to the manager about it she said she was aware about the paint rubbing off but she didn’t give us any notice about it or warn us not to go in the pool.
She then said she would put a sign not to go to the pool and it did not happen during our stay.

In the bathroom there was rust pouring out from the taps.
The teacups in the room were dirty.
Where the toothbrush is made to put the decanter is filthy dirty.

Poor communication between the manager and the staff.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The view is amazing and that’s about it.

We are never coming back to this hotel and I recommend that no one else does.

Our stay was OKAy
Pros:

Our stay was okay though I guess because of the location there are a lot of flies. Area need to be fumigated frequently. Also air conditions were not working properly otherwise wasn't that much bad.
