Splendid stay in this property in an excellent location on the beautiful Kalo Livadi. Comfortable room with Nespresso machine and kettle and possibility to have breakfast outside with a splendid view of the beach. Beautiful sunsets . Excellent and attentive welcome from the owner of the house, perfect cleaning of the room, the super nice and professional housekeeper. Highly recommended!

I made a mistake renting this place without seeing it was not pet friendly. My oversight. That said, we checked in in this condo with a month old fully vetted handicapped kitten, the size of my palm, with paralyzed front paws. We left him in the room and left for breakfast next morning. An hour later I received a text from owner that pats were not allowed. Understood. My fault. We rushed home and we found kitten thrown outside of the room on pavement on direct sun at 100 weather. Our luck the kitten could not move because of his handicap, otherwise it would have been lost on the street. Not even a bit of compassion and courtesy to wait for us to come back and take care of it. He just threw kitten out.
He entered premises without our permission, we did not ask for room clean up.
I had to sleep outside with a kitten (was too late to get a ferry out of the island)

Also there is no clear sign how to get to the place. Incredibly steep hill. Good luck finding the place at night.
A truly remarkable place to calm down. Located on a hill side just front to moon and sun rise. And a breathtaking view on the sea. I recommed it to everyone that want to stop and reset in unsuall place.

Future travelers-highly recommend renting a car as location has gorgeous views but steep unfinished rocky roads to get to the location.
The pictures don’t do this property justice! Breathtaking views and very modern and clean property. Perfect for a couple. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! He even stocked the fridge daily with a bottle of wine.

The property and staff were absolutely wonderful. The sunrise and view were stunning. I would recommend if you stay at this property that you must have a car.
Jenny, our host was very helpful. She took us into the town the 1st morning to stock a few items and get breakfast. She offered man excellent suggestions. The view is spectacular and the beach was beautiful. A car is a must for the area.
I can’t express how AMAZING my stay was at Andromeda Villas & Suites. The owners are one of a kind; very kind, warm, welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. Transportation from the airport was offered and upon arrival, they sat with me to offer great tips about the island (really made me feel at home). The location was EXCELLENT! Kalo Livadi beach is within steps and one of the best beaches on the island. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town allowing for some peace and quiet, but a short drive in to the town for shopping and nightlife. Also a short drive to all other beaches. The room was IMPECCABLY clean and very comfortable/spacious. I will without a doubt recommend Andromeda Villas and will certainly be staying again when I return to Mykonos. True example of excellent hospitality!
