La habitación muy cómoda. Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. TV con Netflix en la habitación.

Cons:

La presión del agua tenía problemas, pero el personal lo resolvía cada vez que lo solicitábamos por WhatsApp. El baño de la habitación 302 filtraba agua por la ducha. Todo lo demás estaba muy bien. Excelente ubicación y fueron muy amables al guardarnos cosas durante los días que pasamos en las Islas.

Cons:

Habían pelos en las sábanas cuando recibimos la habitación.
El rooftop está en mal estado y sucio.
No tiene desayuno, ni elementos para cocinar o comer (hervidor, cafetera, nevera, etc)
Aunque al lado hay una cafetería está tiene pocas opciones (no tiene huevos en el menú)
La ducha filtraba agua hacia el piso del baño.

Suficiente para dormir y recorrer Cartagena durante el día.
Pros:

La ubicación.
La cama era cómoda.
Tenía colgadores para la ropa.
Nos permitieron guardar equipaje mientras recorríamos otros lugares de Colombia.
El baño era grande.

Cons:

Habitación muy oscura y sin ventanas.
Podrían tener café o algunos elementos de cocina para preparaciones básicas.
Al principio no salía agua caliente, luego de “reclamar” el personal la habilitó.
