No staff. No heat in room. No Wi-Fi. Dreadful breakfast.

First we arrived and the facility was closed. They didn't answer the phone and didn't even send any information. If it wasn't for the help of my family, we wouldn't have a room. It turned out that our room was open and the key was inside. They work until 1pm. We had a room until Saturday with breakfast, but unfortunately there was no one on Saturday and breakfast too. In one word, I do not recommend this hotel unless you are a trip to the night

Siamo arrivati un lunedì di sera tardi e abbiamo trovato le stanze aperte che davano verso l'esterno. Ok così anche perchè eravamo stati contattati telefonicam. La mattina dopo però ci hanno telefonato alle ore 6 per sapere se facevamo colazione! Non so se è normale telefonare alle ore 6.00. Fosse stata una colazione che ne valeva la pena! La colazione era davvero minimal per le uniche due mattine in cui abbiamo potuto farla. Dovevi richiedere tutto: acqua calda, i cucchiai poi tutto male organizzato. Poi il terzo giorno siamo stati informati via sms che la colazione sarebbe stata servita a partire dalle ore 8.00 (invece che le 7.15) ma alle 8 non ci stava nulla. Voleva prepararci qualcosa extra dopo le 8 ma ormai era tardi. Le persone entravano, vedevano che non ci stata nulla per la colazione e andavano via!! Poi l'ultima mattina di nuovo tutto chiuso e spento. Era la mattina del nostro check-out e non solo non abbiamo trovato la colazione ma non ci è stata fatta neanche la fattura che ora devo richiedere. Contatto umano e cortesia veramente insufficienti. Abbiamo richiesto asciugamani puliti per due volte prima di riceverli. La stanza per 4 giorni non ci è mai stata pulita né rassettata. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere qualche gruccia, non ci stata neanche un armadio ma solo un attaccapanni a muro! Neanche un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntiva in bagno! Tappetino del bagno per l'uscita della doccia manco a parlarne ma figurarsi se ci stata un tappeto all'ingresso della stanza!!! Dopo la pioggia ci siamo portati in camera sporcizia e foglie bagnate dell'esterno sporchissimo! L'esterno era sporco lunedì sera quando siamo arrivati e esattamente quella sporcizia è rimasta lì fino alla nostra partenza di venerdì mattina. Non mi è sembrato assolutamente un luogo curato, né che ci tenessero in modo particolare ai loro ospiti.

Unterkunft,Tankstelle und Shop sind eigentlich bis Weihnachten geschlossen; aber kein Hinweis bei Buchung.
Am Shopeingang war ein Zettel mit Telefonnummer.
Nach Anruf kam ein junger Mann und machte in 20 Minuten mein Zimmer fertig.
Leider war der Mülleimer nicht geleert, im Zimmer und im Bad war es ziemlich kalt.
Frühstück gab's natürlich nicht,weil alles geschlossen.
Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ist der Preis ok.
Das Areal ist Spitze: Weitläufig, mit Wald daneben, vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und es sind sogar Wanderwege ausgeschildert.
An der Tankstelle gibt's Sprit und es gibt E-Ladesäulen für PKW und LKW; für letztere braucht man zum Laden nicht mal Absatteln oder Abkuppeln.
Meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt, weil es keinen Hinweis bei Buchung gab, daß die Anlage (eigentlich) geschlossen ist.
Es wirkte alles improvisiert.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und wurde auf Tellern gereicht. Mir hat es geschmeckt aber wer ein Büffet wünscht soll lieber woanders frühstücken.

Tv funkade inte. Reception stängde tidigt.
"Hotellfrukosten" bestod av en tallrik med 3 st prinskorvar och 3 st köttbullar och 1 stekt ägg som dom värmde i micron

Enda gäster. Ödsligt. Mycket dålig frukost.
Utsidan sliten. Tv fungerade inte. Fick byta rum andra natten. Receptionen stängde redan kl 5. Inte bäddat för barnet. Överreklamerat på nätet. Acceptabelt tack vare personen som var vaktmästare,städare ,frukost görare mao överallt
