櫃臺人員很親切，會請你喝冷泉水還會教你要怎麼泡澡
距離蘇澳車站非常近，交通方便，旁邊就是冷泉公園
泡澡浴缸放水很快
房間乾淨

Cons:

房間很老舊，門是喇叭鎖（有門鏈）
隔音很差，聽的到附近房間的電視聲音跟外面的環境音
床單和被子材質粗糙，睡覺需要穿長褲長袖
浴室廁所沒有乾濕分離，如果一邊放水一邊洗澡，馬桶跟垃圾桶會全濕
只有毛巾沒有浴巾
