很喜歡這樣的老飯店，好乾淨有家的感覺，冷泉泡湯真的很放鬆，老闆還在門口安置水龍頭有可飲用的冷泉氣泡水，真的是好特別喔! 離車站近，下次還會想再來入住。
Pros:

建議因沒有含早餐，可提供合作的早餐店餐卷使用會更好。
很感謝老闆的熱情介紹及招待，相當有人情味喔~
門口可以飲用的冷泉水真的很特別，就像是沒有糖的汽水，真是很特別的體驗。

有年代的旅館，房間簡約乾淨，整體環境打掃的很乾淨。小老闆服務熱心，一樓備有台塩點心餅乾供自取使用，介紹房間有冷泉氣泡可以泡澡，浴缸很深要放滿需要一段時間，不過美中不足未提供浴巾，每人只提供一條小毛巾擦身體和洗臉共用啊！有提供停車位，對於開車住市區算方便。

櫃臺人員很親切，會請你喝冷泉水還會教你要怎麼泡澡
距離蘇澳車站非常近，交通方便，旁邊就是冷泉公園
泡澡浴缸放水很快
房間乾淨

房間很老舊，門是喇叭鎖（有門鏈）
隔音很差，聽的到附近房間的電視聲音跟外面的環境音
床單和被子材質粗糙，睡覺需要穿長褲長袖
浴室廁所沒有乾濕分離，如果一邊放水一邊洗澡，馬桶跟垃圾桶會全濕
只有毛巾沒有浴巾
