Clean, spacious hotel with access to English-speaking staff.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with desk, mini refrigerator, etc. English-speaking hotel staff helped book Li river cruise and other activities.

Cons:

The hotel is very close to the city center, transit, etc. however it is located off of a smaller street which is hard to find. (Fortunately, it is only a block away from the Holiday Inn Express, which is on a major street and easier to find.)
