Clean, spacious hotel with access to English-speaking staff.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with desk, mini refrigerator, etc. English-speaking hotel staff helped book Li river cruise and other activities.

Cons:

The hotel is very close to the city center, transit, etc. however it is located off of a smaller street which is hard to find. (Fortunately, it is only a block away from the Holiday Inn Express, which is on a major street and easier to find.)

Pros:

Staff is excellent, very helpfull. Especially ms.Jenny. they helped us settle our one day early check out and refund us very fast. appreciate much the help. Breakfast is Chinesse style, over all is good. will be excellent if they have cheese.

Bien que difficile à localiser au départ, il est situé centralement. Propre, bonne literie, belle salle de bains de bonne taille.
Bonne isolation phonique. Bon signal wifi.
