Glad I chose this hotel. I would return if an opportunity arises
Pros:

Good variety for breakfast
Elevator to all floors
Ramps to dining/breakfast area
Staff/reception very helpful and informative. Helped us with the parking.
Restaurant for dinner excellent.
Bar also good. There were board games for when it was raining.
Hotel location excellent, near car park and old Venetian harbour
Pool area pleasant

Cons:

Perhaps the sun lounge beds were rather close and arranged as if in a theatre.
However, there is no other choice with the amount of space.

Aamiainen hyvä ja huoneen ikkunat sekä parveke olivat merelle päin.

Cons:

Ainoa miinus ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sijainnut huone ilman hissiä. Portaat kapeat ja ahtaat pidemmälle henkilölle.

Ce que j’ai pas aimé c’est le Manager de l’hôtel, nous avions réservé à la dernière minute quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons eu un monsieur plutôt sympathique. Puis son Manager est arrivé. Il lui a demandé de nous changer de chambre alors qu’on avait payé pour cette chambre, le Manager ne savait pas que mon mari comprenait le grec et le parlait parfaitement il nous a sou classé alors que nous avions payé pour cette chambre. De plus, il nous ont donné une chambre de fumeur alors que nous ne fumons pas. Les matelas sont catastrophiques pas du tout confortable, notre chambre donnée dans sur une petite rue du côté des cuisines des restaurants, impossible de dormir et les odeurs nous ont réveillé à plusieurs reprises il venait de nettoyer le sol était mouillé et ça sentait très fort le produit chimique voir la javel si je pouvais mettre zéro, je mettrai zéro. Nous avons pas prolongé le lendemain à la première heure nous sommes partis.

Disappointing
Pros:

My room was located above the restaurant which could be accessed from the side instead of the main hotel, the light board situation they had going on in the room was frustrating and unnecessary. And was glitching and turning lights on and off on its own until they fixed it on their third attempt. The room was large and comfortable but missing charm and warmth. Overall I wouldn’t stay here nor would I recommend it based on the vibes and my impression as a solo female traveler. Staff and even their other guests were cold and kind of snobby, location was ok but would’ve preferred to be someplace else, and my last criticism is why coffee not be included free of charge with the free breakfast ??? Was billed separately for the coffee, mind you I would’ve liked another cup but the waiter avoided my table, was hard enough to get the first cup. Something is off about this place.

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff’s cold attitudes, parking was not provided by property, my room being detached from the main hotel (would not have booked if I’d known in advance), and the location was meh..

Dejligt og hyggeligt hotel med god beliggenhed og skønt personale.
Pros:

Der var alt det vi ville have og der manglede aldrig noget. Det lå tæt på den gamle bydel og et utrolig hyggeligt sted med et mindre pool område, men virkelig godt placeret. Og personalet er fantastiske. Søde, hjælpsomme og rare.

Der var faktisk ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide,

Had a lovely stay at this hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

Fabulous location right next to old town. Big room - superior double, great shower, lovely staff, very good prices in hotel bar for food and drinks, great lighting and plug sockets near mirrors. Spotlessly clean throughout.

Cons:

Very good breakfast but the hot items are a bit cold.
People reserving sunbeds too early and hotel not saying anything.

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town, which made it very easy to explore Rethymno on foot.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with lovely facilities, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. Everything I needed was readily available, and I genuinely felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. On our next visit to Rethymno, this will definitely be my first choice!
