Clean rooms. Safe and convenient locations

La réception était antipathique : applique la tva alors que la réservation est au nom et payé par un étranger, refuse de se justifier et mets la responsabilité sur le dos de la plate-forme (classique). Refuse de donner le contact du supérieur pour se plaindre et prends des grands airs au lieu de faire preuve de professionnalisme. À part cela, l'hôtel est.propre et plutôt commode

The property was very convenient and walkable to restaurants and even to the water. Perfect for a couple nights in Lima.

We arrived at the hotel in Lima around 10pm after 26 hours of travel, exhausted and just wanting a shower and rest. Unfortunately, shortly after checking in, the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. I reported it to reception and was told it was my fault for flushing toilet paper. I explained there were no signs indicating not to do so, and she said the presence of a bin should’ve made it obvious. I’ve traveled extensively, and in every case where paper can’t be flushed, it’s clearly marked — including all three other places we stayed in Peru.
She said someone would come shortly. Instead of sending maintenance, the staff member simply handed me a plunger and walked off. I tried to fix it, but it didn’t work and I became increasingly frustrated. I went back to reception and asked for the manager, but was told none were available. I gave three options: send someone to fix it, move us to a different room, or refund us. We were eventually moved to another room.
Aside from that incident, the hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Note: the gym is extremely limited — a treadmill, cross trainer, and two 10kg dumbbells in a cramped space.
Overall, we enjoyed the location. Just be aware of the toilet policy and limited amenities going in.

Hotel muito limpo, bem cuidado e com ótimo atendimento — equipe sempre atenciosa e prestativa. A localização é excelente para explorar o bairro de Miraflores a pé. Voltaria com certeza!

This hotel is wonderful- an exceptional value. I’ve stayed in other Mercure hotels as well- in Argentina and in Poland -and they were all great.

Superou minhas expectativas, excelente custo benefício. Região com bons restaurantes a poucos passos do hotel.

Staff was good and Cristhian the bartender was the best give me some good tips for places to visit and always welling to help

The older gentleman that works the front desk has a grotesque attitude. Rude and dismissive. He should be let go. Aside from that it’s a decent stay. Convenient location and walkable.

Pedi varias veces que se pueda controlar la temperature del aire acondicionado de la habitacion desde la misma habitacion. Lo hacian desde la recepcion. Eso hizo o que me muriera de frio o de calor. En definitiva no pude dormir bien.
