Exceptional Staff, but the Property Needs Attention
Pros:

Housekeeping & Staff: The absolute highlight of the stay. Housekeeping was thorough and the room was kept perfectly clean. The breakfast staff are excellent—polite, fast, and the food was fresh and high quality.
​Location: Very convenient. Easy access to the seaside, bus stations, and shops.
​Service: Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and nice.

Cons:

Room Maintenance: The "unfinished" concrete wall in the room is not a design choice; it is literally unfinished. Additionally, the balcony door handle was broken and could not be locked.
​In-Room Equipment: The TV remote was missing a cover and had dead batteries upon arrival.
​Communication: There is no information regarding the front desk phone number in the room. Furthermore, the room phone had no signal/dial tone, forcing me to go down to reception every time I had a question.

Dobry wybór na krótki wypad na Maltę

Lokalizacja blisko przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. W pobliżu dużo restauracji na każdą kieszeń. Pokoje przestronne, czysto. Zaletą jest balkon z którego widok wychodzi na przystań. W pokoju możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy czy herbaty. Obsługa podczas śniadań bardzo sprawna. Bardzo pomocny personel w recepcji. Szczególnie podziękowania dla pana, który mimo, że nie można było już zamòwić transfer na lotnisko, zamówił nam bolda. Plusem była możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni hotelu przed zameldowaniem dzięki temu mogliśmy bez obciążenia zwiedzać miasto.
