Bisogna migliorare il servizio

Sicuramente la posizione strategica

Cons:

Una struttura che può ospitare così tante persone dovrebbe essere in grado di garantire un servizio perlomeno discreto!
- Non si può ogni giorno rientrare da una giornata fuori e non poter fare una doccia perché hanno tolto gli asciugamani sporchi e puntualmente non ripristinati quelli puliti!
- il check in deve essere garantito alle 14:00 e non procastinarlo poiché le camere non sono ancora pronte
- lenzuola sporche e mai cambiate!

Calitatea instalațiilor sanitare, picura apa sub chiuveta și o etajera de dus parca era montata de Dorel (Atârna, holzsuruburi prinse de forma), dar ne am descurcat și așa.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Zimmer sehr groß. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Lage ebenfalls zentral. Der Zimmerservice kam zuverlässig und im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen waren Handtücher kein Problem! Das der Pool nicht im Haus war hat uns nicht gestört. Eintrittskarten für den nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernten öffentlichen Pool bekamen wir problemlos an der Rezeption und es ist wirklich sehr schön dort mit Blick auf das Meer.

Furthermore, the driver provided by the hotel for our airport transfers had a substandard vehicle with faulty seatbelts, some of which were completely missing. Additionally, he did not speak English, making it impossible to communicate basic requests, such as asking him to turn down the air - conditioning.
