Pros:

The amazing welcome with bubbles on arrival - friendly staff (mostly but particularly the cleaners) - great food in the restaurant - short walk to Inverness city centre with shops & restaurants.

Cons:

It felt very fancy - we felt a bit like we were being judged in our tshirts & jeans. Dinner was extremely expensive - great food, but expensive.

Pros:

Friendly and efficient check in. Rooms were clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. Location was good-short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Food at the restaurant was good, but we had to send one of our meals back because it was undercooked. They did take care of this promptly.

Super freundlicher Empfang; BesterService, der schon beim Parken des Autos beginnt. Angenehm vom ersten Moment an; inklusive Begrüßungs Champagner.
Sehr gute Zimmer;
Leider mussten wir sehr früh abreisen, und haben aber ein ordentliches Lunchpaket anstelle des Frühstücks erhalten.
Ds Degustationsmenue hat eine gute Weinbegleitung, allerdings entsprach das "Amuse" nicht den Erwartungen.

I l'amabilité du personnel et leur accueil

Cons:

Que l'air climatisée soit contrôlée au central et qu ils arrêtent de la faire fonctionner durant la nuit. Alors il faisait chaud dans la chambre à la fin de la nuit

Pros:

Lovely contemporary boutique hotel, with great service and very good food. All in a quiet area, with lovely walks close by.

Cons:

If the bed side lights were put on before we arrived, it would feel more inviting when walking in. As it was, the first impression was of a dark room. A shame, as the decors was very nice

5 Sterne mit Katze
Pros:

Schöne Lage am River Ness. Für schottische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück ("richtiges" Brot, frische Früchte). Zimmer groß und mit Terasse sehr schön. Es gab eine ganz goldige Hotelkatze namens Meow-Meow , die von den Angestellten und Gästen liebevoll behandelt wird.

Cons:

Badezimmer ist mit zwei mini-kleinen Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne etwas überfrachtet, es fehlen Abstell-/Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Inverness ist leider nur da schön, wo das Hotel liegt, also am River Ness. Sonst ist die Stadt eher nicht so schön. Loch Ness ist aber natürlich ein MUST DO.

Pros:

I can't say enough good about this hotel! They welcomed us with open arms when our Airbnb didn't work out. They gave us a great deal on three rooms for two nights, which included breakfast. They welcomed us with a glad of champagne, and while we sat and relaxed, they completed our checkin paperwork and brought it to us to be signed. Our luggage was already in our rooms. We were so tired and they made a bad situation into a wonderful situation. We had breakfast and dinner there and everything was amazing, especially the Eggs Benedict and pistachio souffle! The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The toiletries are first class as is everything else. We had a separate water closet and that was amazing. Overall, a first class hotel worn first class service and food! Highly recommend!
