Every detail was about comfort and care for the client! Complete luxury and tranquility! The breakfast was divine and every person who worked there was kind. The location was excellent!

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant and perfect spot on the river
Pros:

We arrived early at the hotel as we'd caught the sleeper train to Inverness. The staff were truly exceptional and worked hard to free up our rooms early so we could check in immediately. It was really appreciated and we felt very welcome.

Pros:

Location & staff were great. The grounds are pretty too. The room felt large for Uk.

Cons:

Lacking 5 star touches, nothing special about the linens or bathrobes. The lights are either all on or all off from a switch by the bed, could be operator error but light switches shouldn’t be complicated. Skip the Torrish restaurant - grossly overpriced dinner left much to be desired. Breakfast wasn’t great either.

Pros:

Location, staff, rooms were so beautiful, there were two large windows- looked almost magical at night. Breakfast was exceptional too.

Cons:

No Netflix on the tv- have to chrome cast

Pros:

Wonderful stay. The staff was so kind and helpful, even in an unfortunate situation when I lost my handbag in one of the day tours, they all helped me to track it and partially recover it. Special thanks to Steve! The hotel is beautiful and the room and the breakfast lovely! I highly recommend it for a special stay in Inverness.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
