Pleasant, comfortable and excellent customer service
Pros:

The staff were excellent, spoke good English and were helpful and polite, even offering us a drop off to the station. Our room was better than expected for the price, spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of hot water for the bathroom. It is also an easy walk to the station, and auto rickshaws / uber was easy to get access to the sites.

Cons:

The one negative experience was some guests arrived at 1:30am and were extremely noisy coming up the stairs to their room, shouting to each other with no consideration for others sleeping. While this is not the fault of the hotel staff, perhaps they could consider asking guests arriving late to be quiet as they get settled.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan remodelaciones.
Huele a humedad y los muebles están muy viejos.
Al no tener ventana nuestra habitación, no se podía ventilar.

Unexpectedly good
Pros:

Comfortable, close to the train station, hot water, toilet paper (a rare thing for this class of hotels in India)

Cons:

Nothing, I saw some negative reviews but eventually this hotel turned to be the best out of those where I stayed during a 8-9 days journey in India
