Perfect location to temples, street food, and the viral fern forest cafe. I stayed 5 days,
I do wish there was a couple drawers for clothes, There was only a long bar/counter for my items but other than that it was perfect.

This is my fifth hotel. I’ve stayed in in Thailand on this trip alone. And it was my absolute favorite. It is super trendy. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and modern. The area right around the hotel is really trendy and lively, and has lots of options of things to do. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Chaing Mai and I plan on looking into their other properties because I would choose them anytime I can.

The staff were amazing, can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was there. The breakfast meals were delicious and you couldn't ask for more of a spread. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, my wife did not have any issues with her back as is the case with most beds we have come across while traveling.

Unbelievable price at the off-peak season
Pros:

The hotel’s price is so low that I can’t set high expectations. I only paid about $75 for three nights in May.

The hotel is situated next to the city wall of Chiang Mai. There’s a 7-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven and night market for drinks and food.

I booked the cheapest twin bed room and requested a king bed. The front desk was happy to accommodate my request. The upgraded guest room is cozy and spacious, with a balcony that’s great for hanging laundry. The bedding and towels are clean. However, there’s one area where the housekeeper could improve: they never tidy the bathrobe and personal belongings every morning, even though I’ve left tips.
