觀察入微但不過度的服務，目前最滿意的住宿體驗。
Pros:

上週 （1/12-13) 在大安金普頓飯店的住宿體驗非常好，從訂房、客服、接待到房務人員，每位員工都有著親切且不過度的服務態度。在此想感謝 Willy Hua (Reservation Sales Coordinator), Ethan Lin (FO team) 和飯店團隊用心準備的慶生小卡和蛋糕、以及看得到101的房型；以及觀察入微並熱心協助的 Rohit Luo (Senior Concierge Ambassador)，特別感謝他們的幫忙。

除了親切的員工外，大廳還有不同的招待：snack bar, evening social hour, hot chocolate night cap, morning kick start etc. 每道零食小點和飲品都讓人欲罷不能地享用 (尤其限定的熱紅酒)，房間的設計細節和舒適度也讓人滿意，期待未來能再次回訪，真的是目前在台灣最棒的住宿體驗。

Our stay is comfortable, pleasant and convenient
Pros:

I didnt have breakfast in the hotel but the complimentary breakfast items for those who are in a rush or do not want to have big breakfast at the little lounge area near to the reception was excellent.

Location is superb!

Staff are very smiley and helpful.

The room is comfortable and clean. Hope the hotel will continue to maintain high standard of cleanliness

Very pleasant stay there. I would come back again for sure.
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Free coffee & muffins everyday. If the price is a little bit lower then it would be perfect.

Lovely modern hotel with amazing staff and breakfast, little to no bathroom privacy.
Pros:

Central location, enthusiastic staff, lots of food offerings during the day, amazing breakfasts! Modern hotel, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Bathroom lacked privacy. It was strange to walk through bathroom to get to room. Door slides between shower and toilet and no privacy between room and bathroom.

Spoil yourself in Taipei
Pros:

Really spacious rooms with a fantastic shower. The staff were so helpful when we needed bus tickets and to store our luggage at our next hotel, they coordinated and even retrieved our paper bus tickets for us. The hotel ran complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day which was very generous. The location is a 2 minute walk to the nearest station which also made it extremely convenient getting around.

Great hotel in Taipei
Pros:

We stayed at the Kimpton Da An in Taipei for several days as we toured Taipei. The Kimpton is in the Da An section, with a couple of subway stops close by, so you can get around town easily. Before arriving, I'd asked for help arranging a couple of cars to move our group from the airport into town, and that all worked perfectly. The staff was universally pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nicely sized, with a table and two chairs, lots of open hanging space (so you don't forget something in a closet) with almost enough hangers. The rooms each had a small plate of fresh fruit to welcome each of us when we arrived (which is a real treat after a long flight.) The bathrooms easily accommodated two and the shower was wonderful. There's a little restaurant on the 12th floor where you can grab breakfast, with quite good cafe lattes. We'll definitely stay there again.

Great design and super convenient location near MRT.
Pros:

The location was super, just a minute walk away from Zhong Xiao Fuxing MRT station (exit 3). There is a family mart just right beside the hotel. The mini snacks in the morning, afternoon and evening at the lobby serves as a great kick start and end to a day! Keep the snacks station idea going. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Little details like replenishing the room with bottled waters everytime after I requested for it once demonstrated their attention to service.

Cons:

The design of the bathroom is odd, as the curtain the shower and the toilet is shared. Please improve this design and it would be perfect! The bed is slightly on the softer side, can be firmer! The corridor feels more like a 4 stars for 5 stars prices given its boutique vibe. Hence, not exactly value for money hotel option.
