員工都很親切有禮貌，晚上的點心很有誠意好吃。

洗沐產品用的是沒看過的中國品牌，品質也是一般⋯⋯覺得以這個價位應該用更好的，比較便宜一點的飯店都有人用茶籽堂了：（

Perfect spot to stay in Taipei
Pros:

Perfect location close to the metro and lots of beautiful cafes. The hotel itself is perfect, great amenities and the rooms were beautiful and large. Staff were incredibly kind and accomodating throughout

觀察入微但不過度的服務，目前最滿意的住宿體驗。
Pros:

上週 （1/12-13) 在大安金普頓飯店的住宿體驗非常好，從訂房、客服、接待到房務人員，每位員工都有著親切且不過度的服務態度。在此想感謝 Willy Hua (Reservation Sales Coordinator), Ethan Lin (FO team) 和飯店團隊用心準備的慶生小卡和蛋糕、以及看得到101的房型；以及觀察入微並熱心協助的 Rohit Luo (Senior Concierge Ambassador)，特別感謝他們的幫忙。

除了親切的員工外，大廳還有不同的招待：snack bar, evening social hour, hot chocolate night cap, morning kick start etc. 每道零食小點和飲品都讓人欲罷不能地享用 (尤其限定的熱紅酒)，房間的設計細節和舒適度也讓人滿意，期待未來能再次回訪，真的是目前在台灣最棒的住宿體驗。

Our stay is comfortable, pleasant and convenient
Pros:

I didnt have breakfast in the hotel but the complimentary breakfast items for those who are in a rush or do not want to have big breakfast at the little lounge area near to the reception was excellent.

Location is superb!

Staff are very smiley and helpful.

The room is comfortable and clean. Hope the hotel will continue to maintain high standard of cleanliness

Very pleasant stay there. I would come back again for sure.

The hotel location is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Free coffee & muffins everyday. If the price is a little bit lower then it would be perfect.

Lovely modern hotel with amazing staff and breakfast, little to no bathroom privacy.
Pros:

Central location, enthusiastic staff, lots of food offerings during the day, amazing breakfasts! Modern hotel, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Bathroom lacked privacy. It was strange to walk through bathroom to get to room. Door slides between shower and toilet and no privacy between room and bathroom.
