The breakfast was exquisite. Excellent selection of local and national food and beverages in generous amounts with great alternatives for non-standard food stuff.

Cons:

The bathroom was adequate, but could have used some ventilation in advance.

The website simply doesn’t prepare you for how special this place really is.

Wonderful hospitality, genuinely passionate service, a fantastic Champagne 🥂, delicious “tapas” overlooking the beautiful rolling countryside, followed by an outstanding dinner and an absolutely enormous breakfast – all with wonderfully fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

But the greatest luxury? The silence. 🌾 Not a sound. Just complete peace, beautiful views and the feeling that the rest of the world has disappeared for a while.

Fantastic food, wonderful people and a truly memorable atmosphere.

Charming and relaxing
Pros:

Such a lovely place, nestled between farming paddocks and close to the sea. We chose accommodation with a meal package and the food was excellent. Sourced from local farms. Highly recommended.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We chose one with a balcony and a lovely view. Nice with extra touches like minibar, fridge, and phone chargers.

Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner. Jacuzzi disponible à l’hôtel. Accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Nous étions logés dans une maison (blue Sky), qui mériterait d’être rénovée. Les meubles sont plus que datés, la salle de bains et toilettes minuscule et très ancienne, et la propreté est à revoir. Le jacuzzi, disponible à l’hôtel, mériterait d’être nettoyé plus régulièrement.
Même la salle de déjeuner n’est pas nette, elle est recouverte de tapis qui cachent un peu la misère. Cet hôtel essaye de faire chic mais il faudrait soigner les détails pour cela.

Træt og langsommeligt
Pros:

Maden var lækker; undtagen lige desserten som virkede daggammel.

Cons:

Alt var meget langsommeligt, indtjekning, severing og generelt service. Det gjaldt både morgenmad og aftensmad. Vi kunne nærmest ikke få lov til at bestille et glas vin før maden - og som andre bemærker ville tjeneren igen meget gerne sælge vinmenu. Han var også bekymret for vores vinvalg og at det ikke passede til maden senere. Det var hvid bourgogne, som selvfølgelig passer til hvid fisk i hvid sauce.

Stedet virkede som om, at det havde toppet for mange år siden; desværre.

Vi är besvikna sett till tidigare omdömen och prisbilden.
Pros:

Läget är underbart, riktigt god frukost och sköna sängar.

Cons:

Städning var rejält undermålig. Skitiga tallrikar med väldigt mycket matrester kvar på ett par stycken, tydligt smutsig disktrasa och diskborste, likaså väldigt gammal och välanvänd toa-borste, mängder av spindelnät (ej uppstått på några dagar), troligtvis mögel i öppningen till kylen. Luftkonditioneringen var ej funktionell och luktade mögel. Ugnen saknade skydd på luckspärren (ledde till ett smärtfyllt brännande öppnande). Det var också ett ganska kraftigt stopp i dusch-avloppet vilket orsakade en smärre översvämning i badrummet.

Geweldige plek. Wat een genot. En een top restaurant.

Het huisje was heel huiselijk. Maar hier en daar wat kleinen verbeteringen.
