Staff was helpful with my Booking double reservation problem.

Cons:

Everything was dirty: the towels, sheets, the bloodstains on the sheets, and the windows. We booked the best room, which came with a bathtub, but it was old and didn’t work. The bathtub also had mold on it, and the bathtub on the balcony was full of rainwater when we arrived. It was obvious that it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. AC barely worked and it had mold inside.

We decided to check out a day early, even though we had booked a two-night stay, after finding a huge dead cockroach under my nightstand. I understand that it’s the rainy season, but the cockroach must have been there for quite some time, which shows poor maintenance and cleaning.

There were also pieces of paper and packaging foil on the floor. The toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to fill a bucket with water and flush it ourselves. The toilet seat was also broken. There was rust and mold everywhere in the shower, and the showerhead barely let any water through.

Before the check out, we gave breakfast a chance, but it was only choice between choco puffs and cornflakes, and we got 2 pieces of tost with some butter and jelly.

I’m giving this place two stars instead of one only because the staff helped me resolve an issue with my double reservation, and I’m grateful to them for that.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel.
Nous avons pris une nuit après un long voyage pour ne pas rouler la nuit jusqu'à tulum et une nuit en fin de séjour.
La piscine, nous nous sommes relaxés à 6h45 avant notre départ pour l'aéroport.
l'espace extérieur pour fumer et boire un café
l'hôtel propose à manger, cependant, il y a un excellant restaurant local juste en face en traversant la route pas cher du tout

la clim, il fait trop chaud pour dormir sans et vraiment trop froid avec, malgré que nous l'avions mise à 27
