Cero calidad en el app me ofrecían frío bar secadora , cafetera y nada de eso tenía le reclame

La señora de recepción es una mala gracia me cobró por mantenimiento de playa 90 pesos por día pagué más de 600 le pedí recibo se molestó que no dan recibo y ami nunca me dijeron que tenía que pagar más además ahí ni plata hay , es un abuso pero ella como trabajadora es pésima . Baños con hongo las paredes, no subía el agua al taza del baño, no cambiaban las sábanas , hilos a humedad el cuarto , fue terrible estar ahí esa cama hacía doler la espalda , sábanas con hueco …. FATAL

El hotel estaba siempre limpio, el personal fue muy amable con mi familia, está a 8 minutos caminando de la parada de autobús que va a zona hotelera y está en una zona bastante tranquila.

muy mal servicio te cobran un impuesto de 100 pesos en efectivo al llegar según ellos
Pros:

personal de recepción me cobro 90 pesos, que por impuestos, no había café en la habitación y ni un solo vaso de agua, siendo que en la propaganda la ofrecían. esos detalles echan a perder todo. ojala los mejoren, mi habitación tenia una gotera.
