Pros:

The staff is amazing, front desk staff are very kind and friendly, same with housekeeping and breakfast attendand, this is my 2nd time in this hotel. It's a small 14 rooms hotel but very comfortable and really good customer service.

Cons:

I think they have to explore something else in the swimming pool area, with music and some one at the bar, it's my recommendation to give more live to this amazing place

La pileta aunque estaba sucia en los días q estuve no la vi limpiarla

El ruido ... había en las noches q estuve gente que alquilaba al parecer unos salones y a la madrugada riéndose y gritando en el patio del hotel ...una falta fe respeto .... los conserjes eran al parecer muy amigos de esta gente ..entonces ningún tipo de reclamos

En el baño todo el dia había una gotera de agua que venia del techo estas sentado en la tasa del baño y te cae la gota de agua es molestoso

Bien situé en centre ville, à proximité de restaurants et commerces. Assez tranquille

Cons:

Le lavabo dans la chambre, la porte vitrée des toilettes, pas de quoi suspendre les habits, petit déjeuner très basique (si on ne paye pas de supplémént)

Pas de pression ni d’eau chaude dans la douche.
Diversité du petit dej, en dehors des toasts tout est payant.

Cero calidad en el app me ofrecían frío bar secadora , cafetera y nada de eso tenía le reclame

Desayuno pésimo , no ofrecen nada bueno solo tostadas y mantequillas , y el resto te cobran .

La señora de recepción es una mala gracia me cobró por mantenimiento de playa 90 pesos por día pagué más de 600 le pedí recibo se molestó que no dan recibo y ami nunca me dijeron que tenía que pagar más además ahí ni plata hay , es un abuso pero ella como trabajadora es pésima . Baños con hongo las paredes, no subía el agua al taza del baño, no cambiaban las sábanas , hilos a humedad el cuarto , fue terrible estar ahí esa cama hacía doler la espalda , sábanas con hueco …. FATAL
