Shouyuan Hotel

It was horrible experience. Where do I begin. From start to end, it was a disaster.

1. Room Service : No attention to room service (I had to ask for pillow. It's ridiculous that even pillows were not there. When I asked for pillow, the receptionist was rude asking how many pillows I want). This is true result of hiring cheap unqualified labor.

2. Unqualified staffs (I stayed there for a week. When I checked out, it was pathetic that exactly at 12pm, two people just opened the door and asked me to check out. I was dressing (almost nude came from shower) and with no commonsense, they said, 12pm checkout. In fact, the security who opened the door was justifing he was right and he was showing the CCTV footage to claim, they were knocking the door for long time. When he played the footage, it was almost for 3-4 seconds and then, they just open the door without any hesitation. Where on earth they hired such people who does ONE JOB and doing it WRONG.

3. Poor quality furnitures (I won't be surprised if the bed breaks when you sleep). Bet it's Chinese Quality.

4. They call this 4 star and I am surprised on how they categorize this as 4 star.

I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place unless you are looking for a cheap place to hide from rain.

Advice to the Property Manager / Owner. Terminate the entire team and hire quality people. Buy quality furnitures that is comfortable for customers.

Очень цивильная ванная комната, в номере есть все необходимое, большие окна, чистота и порядок

За данную стоимость отель хороший- чисто и достаточно мило. Но из минусов: нет двухспальных больших кроватей( узнали при заезде), нет завтрака, и грязноватый коворлин, персоналу быть более отзывчивым.

Расположение удобное, шаговая доступность до метро (15 мин) . Номер чистый , очень комфортно , уборка каждый день. На этаже куллер с водой .

Очень понравилось, отзывчивый персонал, хорошее место расположение все рядом, номер чистый(халат, полотенца, тапочки и.т.д) советую всем отдыхающим эту гостиницу.

Everything with ok and in wonderful calm place ,this make good for family

The rooms look great. Very comfortable beds. The rooms has been recently decorated. Nice service. Good value for money. Breakfast could be improved.

Предоставили номер на 4 этаже- 405, номер небольшой, окна во двор, шкафа нет, стульев нет, без стола, не удобно, и большой минус- это очень шумная вентиляция, заснуть проблематично.

Номер Стандарт с окном. Все хорошо. Чисто и тихо. Возможно нам повезло -не было групп восточных туристов. Только централизованную вентиляцию над кроватями хотелось иметь возможность закрывать - сквозняк)

Отель искали так, чтобы было удобное расположение. Данный отель отвечает этим требованиям. Во-первых, было удобно добираться до места, где проходила учеба, во-вторых, большинство достопримечательностей были в шаговой доступности. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный.

One off the worse hotels I have ever stayed in, massive stains on the floor, waited for room to be ready after already waiting, 2 hours ,not even a wardrobe in the room, unbelievable, and you give this hotel a 4 star rating, ridiculous

Der Frühstück ist sehr arm, im Hotel sind viele Gäste sus Chins; laut, die Leite rauvhen im Zimmer und auf der Etage.

Ich würde das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

The staff were so so nice and helpful, the only bad item about our room was that it hadn’t window and also refrigerator

Чистенький отель. Маленький и уютный номер. В номере Все новенькое и свеженькое, кондиционер создал очень комфортную температуру и спать было одно удовольствие. Правда мне достался номер совсем без окон, но я не в обиде, тв и куча каналов заменили окна )))

hotel bom, mas o café da manhã é fraco.

Staff is friendly and bathroom is good. But 30before finish breakfast there is no more coffee or bread. 250rubles per person to include for registration card.
