Pros:

Great location, Modern, clean rooms. Great AC and hot water. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Beautiful hotel - a very nice base for exploring Chania region

Pros:

Alojamiento perfecto! Gran ubicación, cerca del puerto y de muchos restaurantes. Zona turística pero muy tranquila. El alojamiento muy lindo y prolijo, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. El servicio excelente, siempre atentos. Disfrutamos de hospedarnos en ese lugar.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel très mignon, calme et très bien situé à proximité des petites rues commerçantes et du port de la Canée. Le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

Malheureusement, il y avait un gros dysfonctionnement au niveau de la douche, la jonction entre le robinet et le tuyau était cassée et non seulement la douche était très désagréable à utiliser mais en plus nous mettions de l'eau partout dans la petite salle d'eau qui n'était en plus pas ventilée, cela a rendu la chambre très humide. Le personnel était déjà au courant du problème mais il n'avait pas été réglé avant notre arrivée.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans la vieille ville de La Canée qui permet de tout faire à pieds, la chambre que nous avons eu était grande, très propre et très confortable. Un parking gratuit permet de se garer à 5-10mn de marche. Pensez bien à vérifier vos messages sur Booking car l'hotel envoie toutes les explications necessaires plusieurs jours / semaines avant (je ne m'en souvenais plus et je me suis garée au parking payant avant que la gentille dame de l'hotel nous reexplique tout). Bref, c'est une pépite !

Toller Kurz - Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir konnten leider nur eine Nacht bleiben doch die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und angenehm! Vor allem liegt sie sehr zentral und die tolle Innenstadt ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar! Chania ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen… Sehr sehenswert!

Pros:

Ottima location nel cuore di Chania; camera ristrutturata,bella, ampia e molto comoda con bel bagno. Macchinetta per caffè espresso in camera.
