The staff are excellent.
The rooms and the lobby of the floors need significant renovation. The bathroom is outdated, looks bad. The breakfast is poor in variety. The area outside the hotel is infested with prostitutes and is very dark at night. The worst thing is the music noise from the restaurants across from the hotel that lasts until late at night, and does not allow sleep until the music stops.
Free airport shuttle and letting me check in a few hours early after a morning flight were really nice touches. Also has good wifi, helpful staff and decent location.

Stayed there for 12 and half days. The staff was friendly, changed our room quickly when there was an issue with door and smell issues with the toilet floor drain. We changed rooms twice.
Competitive cost for what you get. I would recommend staying there.

I was very nice stay. Staff was wonderfully helping us. Specially night staff when we are checking out. The gat taxi for us and the manager went with us to the airport to assist with the luggage. I am very pleased and i recommend the hotel for everyone visiting Addis Ababa. Thank you all hotel satff
