This was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and they made us cappuccino every morning (and anytime we asked). The location was great- just a couple minutes walk from the Old Town Square and right next to a park with running and walking paths.
Excellent staff ensuring your wellbeing and a great stay. Free coffee and Wi-Fi just a few minutes walk to the main square.

Had to go down the street to get breakfast at a separate breakfast restaurant. Not very many choices and had to pay extra for juice. Great location and wonderful hotel staff.

It’s a wonderful gem-close to city centre and yet tranquil, quiet. Beautifully appointed rooms. Nice breakfast included, at a nearby cafe. Fabulous staff. All in all great place that we’ll definitely go back again.

Good central old town position
Staff was super welcoming. They are available 24/7. Roomy clean rooms. Noon checkout was awesome! Close to everything! Would stay here again and again! !
Excellent boutiques hotel in Krakow Old Town. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Minutes to old town main square, dining. Tram stop nearby. Excellent breakfast, air conditioned, nice shower. Plenty of closet space. Hotel Staff is excellent ! Stayed 7 nights and it was perfect!

Such a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a short walk to the cafe. Hotel was cosy, comfortable & clean. All amenities very close by. Tv was only downfall, as from UK , only option was a news channel to watch.

A beautiful and comfortable property with really stylish and well appointed rooms. The hotel is well located in the Old Town, close to the park and all of the main sights. It’s also conveniently located for dining and drinking options.
It would have been better had breakfast been onsite but the breakfast cafe was only a few minutes walk and the food was good.

Really nice hotel with beautiful modern rooms. My only complaint was that I booked a Double room (petit boutique) and was “upgraded” to a Superior Double. The only issue with this room is they squish two fulls together and do a terrible job merging the mattresses, so I spent the few days falling into the crack between the mattresses. In addition the comforter barely covered my body. Also, the tub shower had the tub controls on the side wall, and the shower head in the corners so it was impossible to comfortably take a shower without hitting your legs on the tub filler. Really annoying and uncomfortable. Otherwise, really beautiful hotel and super conveniently located. I’d rather have had a walk in shower (no tub) and a continuous mattress, but oh well.
