良かったです！
Pros:

フロントの方が日本語が出来るので安心でした。部屋も綺麗でめちゃくちゃ広い！
ただ窓はあるのに磨りガラスで全く外が見えないのが残念でした。

Pros:

2泊グランドハイラインに宿泊後に、1日こちらのホテルへ宿泊。同じ建物なので、baggageはスタッフが部屋まで入れてもらえました。
部屋の作りは、ハイラインとほぼ同じ（浴槽は一回り小さい）で費用は安く満足しています。
タクシーもほぼ待たなくてすぐ来ます。

服務人員對於飯店能提供的服務狀態不熟悉
Pros:

打客服請他送棉被，一開始答應後，等了30分鐘仍然沒有送來，再度致電後，說需要加價才能送，所以之前的送棉被就取消了，一通電話也沒有，白等了30分鐘，觀感相當差。服務人員對於電梯路線不熟悉，詢問是否可以從高樓層電梯轉至商場，經過詢問櫃臺，表示無法，都需要從一樓轉三次電梯過去，並與商場顧客一起排隊，但實際上是可以從高樓層轉乘電梯抵達，感覺櫃臺服務人員會提供錯誤資訊

老飯店高CP，不愧為5星
Pros:

房間超大，當天馬上追加多住一天，房間雖然比較有時代感，但乾淨。
港景房，景觀超美。樓下就是漢神百貨，購物飲食都方便。
